@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam @BigSammyJ Dear sky, I’m going to write this in capital letters so it’s clear. MOST OF US CANNOT ACCESS THIS ON MOBILE INTERNET. Everytime you tell us to go here, everytime I tell you I can’t access it on mobile. In any case it says no issues. There are deffo issues.
