    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I want to speak to someone about my recent switch to broadband. It’s not working nearly as well as you sold but now it seems impossible to speak to someone again. Your ability to have an advisor available for sales and then nothing after is beyond frustrating

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep having problems staying connected to my broadband with devices I’m using at the back of the house. The router is in the front room & cannot be moved. I’m on the top package & running out of ideas other than to go elsewhere to get better WiFi. Any suggestions?
