Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyUK disgraceful service - customer for 25 years plus - last 8 years no wifi in 4 rooms - continuous loss of signal - no full use of recordable boxes - recently visited by engineer - no help - half the speed - and now a big leaving bill !!! JOKE !

@SkyHelpTeam But we call and then your team asks to go through the same process of unplugging the router, plugging it back in, doing the online tests… for you to say that you can’t see any problems… could you please check whether you are showing problems in the M43 area? It’s data too.

@SkyHelpTeam Frequently! It drops out regularly usually around breakfast time and in the early evenings. I had to switch to 4G to get my online grocery order amended yesterday. We have Fibre to the local exchange and then copper cable to the hub in the village. It's frustratingly bad.

@SkyHelpTeam A vehicle took out the village broadband hub and semi-demolished a building. We were without service FOR A MONTH. Sky insisted on sending an Openreach engineer to MY house (despite the problem being elsewhere) but I had to wait in from 8-5. He never turned up. I got a £25 refund
