@SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Yep...doing that and it just loads the header and footer but no page content. Sky are literally making it as hard as possible to cancel! Ridiculous you can spend more online but you can't cancel! I requested this 2 months ago!

@SkyHelpTeam spoke to someone online 2 months ago to cancel sky TV, still hasn't been processed! Online chat is already closed and website literally won't load phone numbers to call, directs to manage online, I can sign up for remote but no option to cancel!! This is ridiculous!
