@SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with sky never had a problem with them now I have a problem there ******* me about my phone line has been knocked off on the box on my landing I told them this but yet you want to run a line test that of course will fail

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

It's about money, money gives you the education to be an engineer, mechanic etc. Some drivers have to pay to get a seat. Those from poor backgrounds what ever colour has little chance of entering f1.

@SkyHelpTeam I did that, the status pages said no issues and the test tools was not working. Had an "Ooops..." message saying tool not available when using it. I guess that was instead of saying there is an error with your broadband.
