    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to someone this afternoon. 2 Openreach engineers were then working outside my home for a couple of hours, then disappeared and I still don't have any service

    @SkyHelpTeam No, they never do, just that openreach haven't fixed it and have escalated it and need to come back another day. Then I have to ring up a few days later to find out when that might be.

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband has been completely down since 18th February. Several Openreach visits so far with no resolution and I have to call every few days for an update. Surely there is a better way I can keep track of the work and next steps?
