    @SkyHelpTeam When I go to the link and do all what it says and it asks if it works, which it doesn’t , it just takes me to a blank page so there is no further help

    @SkyHelpTeam hi our Sky Q keeps freezing and saying we have no satellite signal, but our status is all fine as is our network connection. We have been through the troubleshooting online which hasn’t fixed it and you’ve removed your phone number to call. Please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

    @JayHayon66 @SkyHelpTeam It’s ridiculous I pay over £100 a month and when there’s issues I’m not allowed to call cause I’m not a key worker but I still have to work from home . And my job is actually supporting the NHS 😤

    I hate @SkyUK so I call the phone help and the answer to my sky Q not connecting is to send a Ethernet cable which will take 5 working day’s... **** off I pay £120 a month and now I can’t use my sky mini boxes or get any on demand stuff @SkyHelpTeam you are ***************

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    Disappointed with Sky. I Pre-Ordered the iPhone 13 under the impression I'd be getting it on release day, only to get a text half way through the day saying it'll be by the 5th of October. Had I been told this from the start I'd have had no issue. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports I'm a white wanderer thought this was a bit drastic to be honest. Thought they could have left in the kiosks for first goal and first goalscorer and so on. However new owners have new ideas down to them.

    @SkySports Why is it not live on your cricket channel? It's currently showing best bits of a game played yesterday. LIVE sport should take priority over repeats, seeing as people pay for your service.
