@SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@SkyHelpTeam It was about 2 weeks ago. I was told that they are still working with Paramount to fix the issue. Its just really poor that you do not communicate what is going on to your customers. It is not difficult to provide updates to customers on your website.
