    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

Terrible shame for the red lot from across the park but you win some, you lose some... couldn’t happen to s nicer bunch...

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Absolutel atrocious that you are not sending engineers into property's of people classed as keyworkers or those with underlying health issues while all this is on going I am one minibox down just had an argument with a customer service rep on the phone

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

    @RyanJoForrester @SkySports No I agree the season needs to be finished! As there's a chance any team from 13th could get into the play offs. My main concern with the original tweet is the money these teams in the relegation zone will get if they don't go down. It's totally unfair!

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Just hope nothing goes wrong because customer service from virgin is diabolical. And god forbid you want to change provider at end of contract you will need to book a month of for calls to get them to acknowledge the request let alone honour it

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia There all as bad, just lie, but from my experience virgin are very bad, I got told 2 days to fix problems, 3 weeks later will be 2 days, why not just say we need permission to dig street to fix issue like I was told from engineer, customer service is a joke

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia Every company suffers with complaints regardless what people say, you can't make everyone happy unfortunately, been with vm since 2006 and only had a small issue with line capacity, stuck with it and they fixed it in the time stated and didn't have to pay for bb in that period

    @BeckyEverson @SkyUK @virginmedia My only advice is to buy a new router. I bought the TP deco P9 and since then my virginmedia connection speeds have been constantly good. The 'superhub' is an awful piece of kit.....not that sky's router was any better
