  @SkyHelpTeam hello, I’ve had the same issue now for 7 months with Sky Q. The minis upstairs hardly work, despite a booster being fitted and the main box connected via Ethernet. The internet is worse than what I had 10 years ago. Guys on the phones seem to care, technicians don’t.

  @SkyHelpTeam They were told time and time again, that engineers were ill. Come off it Sky you must have 1000s of engineers on hand. My parents are in their 70s and rely on wifi at the moment due to the pandemic. My mom did cancel in anger, because she was sick of your lack of communication.
