Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down since yesterday. Had a message to say it was fixed this morning. Worked for an hour and now nothing again. Now there’s conveniently ‘a problem in my area’. When will this be fixed? I need internet to work... can’t speak to a person.

Had @SkyUK upgraded to Sky Q on Wednesday and all I can say is what a waste of time. Now get to spend my evenings resetting the boxes 15 times an hour only for them to still not work. Wish I’d never bothered.
