    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    @westers123 Joking apart, they really need to sort the streaming issues out if they want it to catch on. If these games were available on @SkySports as well, I'd be watching Sky. No comparison - IMHO.

    @SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @PRITCHNEWS @GNev2 @SkySports @GNev2 doesn’t manage them (yet) but I agree , I was hoping @ManUtd would still be in their pomp ready for @LUFC to knock them down next season in the #Premiere at this rate we will cross over or beating them won’t represent much of an achievement.

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkyHelpTeam @andykinsey The problem is, you're not giving us any information. Your main service status page says everything is fine (a complete lie). It's not until logging in and doing a direct check on my own account that it show anything is wrong.

    Getting beyond a joke now this. Sky Broadband been down all day and the only answers you get from @SkyHelpTeam is “we’re working on it”. I get that there’s gunna be issues every now and then, but to go all day without an explanation on what’s happening is kind of ridiculous
