    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam when will your engineers be back in peoples homes? I have a problem with sound which is connected to my box but not a lot they can do from outside! How much longer do I have to wait to get it fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam I do understand about waiting times - if I had waited 45 mins and got the problem resolved that would be great - but an additional 3 x 45 calls following up in the same issue isn’t really acceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam I am trying to make a complaint about my broadband but it is impossible. I genuinely give up with your company, my broadband is rubbish and now I have to pay an extra £5 pm to fix the problem. So much for loyalty.

    @SkyHelpTeam Helllo! It’s the lack of broadband speed constantly. I changed at Christmas and it’s been horrendous ever since moving to your super one. Have ran through all diagnostics and it just keeps telling to call you guys. So I call but can never get through.

    @SkyHelpTeam Existing customer (of 11 years) moving home. I'm concerned that from 29 Jan until today we are paying for Sky TV we don't have. The codes were since emailed since I tweeted which is good... will need to check those out.

    @SkyUK CRM call centre systems have been around for 20 years. Am fed up with big rich corporations hiding their customer service behind covid. A menu with department options and a queue system manages expectations. Not "is this all for you today?" before I'd got anywhere. Shoddy
