So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@jus1gaz @SkyUK And nothing you’ve shown tells us you aren’t getting a line speed of 80. What it suggests is that your WIFI speed isn’t that which I would never expect it to be. Have a little look online to see some WIFI troubleshooting steps and try and understand exactly what WIFI is

@virginmedia I’ve given up after 1 hours and 15 minutes on hold. Honestly the stories about Virgin are seeming more and more true. Im going to contact @SkyUK and see if they can arrange for this cabinet to be fixed by @WeAreOpenreach. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
