    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @cs_izzie Mine does this two or three times a week and messes up the mini boxes too then takes ages to reset them all. It's extremely frustrating and seems to happen to a lot of people. Would be helpful if Sky could resolve this issue rather for good.

    Only one week after my @SkyUK broadband installation, my internet is completely down. No internet access at all for 12h and counting. I'm supposed to welcome our master's students from UCL and start teaching tomorrow. Will this be possible? No help from @SkyHelpTeam for now.
