@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkySports The grass growing in my garden rather than fund the obscene amounts paid at that level when.... Step 7 (nonleague 3) have to travel many '000's miles a year with no financial support from The FA (or Sky)

Swapping providers from @SkyHelpTeam to @Plusnet @plusnethelp today. Both parties assured me there would be no disruption to my service... I have had no internet all day, not helpful when interviewing on line all day. Awful service 😡.... let’s hope things get better 🤞🏻

@SkyHelpTeam help please I have had terrible Internet issues in some rooms in house. Been happening for months.. Bought a booster and tried all help and its getting worse. I pay 145 £ a month.. Have top broadband package.. and the service is not good enough.. Please help. Thanks
