    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    To be accused of stealing something that’s gone missing is terrible. I have never stolen in my life. I just lost the proof of postage and assumed the pre paid sky envelopes would scan something back to Sky to say they’d been sent. I’m absolutely fuming. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Phoned 3 times now. Had an engineer fail to arrive on Monday and now waiting for a call back on Wednesday. Been with Sky for 31 years but plan to leave after Christmas now. I've been running out internet off of my 3 mobile hotspot and had to use over 70gb data in just 10 days
