  @SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

  @SkyUK So the Sky VIP level is just utter bullshit. Diamond level means that now my Sky Q box has failed, you can’t get an engineer out to replace it for a MONTH!! Yet if I want a new Sky dish installed it’s under two weeks. Appalling way to treat your loyal customers!

  @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for coming back to me. Yes I’ve tried and exhausted all the self help and online steps but nothing has worked. Bad weather conditions have allegedly caused the issues but we have no inclement weather. No engineer visit was offered as they cannot help with speed issues.

  @SkyHelpTeam WiFi hasn’t been working since about 12pm Uk time , internet light goes from solid orange to flashing orange to no light at all some times but mainly solid orange is this a area wide issue or a me issue , been told I have to wait 10 days to be seen, far from happy
