When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

@Craig_Pankhurst @SkyUK I went through Sky, then BT then Virgin. Not had an issue with Virgin (maybe lose internet once per year when they upgrading stuff). Super fast, super reliable. Other people will tell you different, so mileage may vary!
