    Footballers to be asked to take pay cuts is utterly ridiculous, why do football clubs treat them so differently to normal employees of any business. Put money on it that they didn’t ask their other staff to take a cut! Furlough them like everyone else #bbcsport #skysports

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just received notification of my next bill since changing my package and it is a lot more than I was advised it would be during the call. Also the future bill amounts are more than advised. Please contact me to sort or else just cancel my whole subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t say anything. But if you just refer to the recent tweets it is evident people from Leamington Spa reporting the issue. Certainly there is an issue. Please investigate and let us know what’s going on?

    @MisterGurd @SkyHelpTeam I’m 9 miles outside Warwick & all Sky Broadband users in the village are down. Router has an IP, can ping external, can do DNS lookup, just no web traffic, it’s like something is blocking HTTP/S. Reboots, resets and chanting positive mantras not worked so far, other providers ok

    @SkyHelpTeam Ive already done this. It gives me an automated service where it checks my line, then says i need an engineer which will cost me £65. Which i find ridiculous considering the problem is no fault of my own.

    @SkyHelpTeam I literally just quoted that statement. My concern is as to why I've seen some people getting an estimated resolution date/time. Yet we haven't. Can you clear this up and give an actual estimate, as expectations aren't currently being managed very well at all.
