Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).

Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.
