July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@coggie99 @premierleague @SkySports Totally agree pal - they started all this off back in 1992...the only reason this ESL proposal was scrapped is the force of the media incl Sky - they came down like a ton of bricks unleashing their puppets to say what they wanted...fans think they did it themselves - no chance!!!
