    @SkyHelpTeam I will be phoning in the morning because I shouldn’t be paying for a service I can’t use for my TV. And my personal hotspot on my phone has better speed than my broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn’t give an issue - I’ve been told it’s an outside fault but we are still waiting on an engineer date from BT to check this. It’ll be a week tomorrow. It literally comes back on for a few mins each time then cuts out again
