I did some tests and now see the issue is the wi-fi as the speed on my laptop connected to the ethernet is nearly 500Mbps! I can't physically move the hub to a central point in the house as the cables are so short. Do you provide WiFi boosters? Thanks.

It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

Can we downgrade it back to when it was working? It's so slow I can't even run a speedtest. Of course the sky app says it's working (it's not).
