    @SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

    @virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we recently got sky Q but the past couple weeks its not been letting me download or record things & the only way to fix it has been to turn it off & back on again which is now getting very annoying

    am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, an engineer came to sort out the problem, it worked for a day then it stopped working again. An engineer is coming 2day but the Internet is working now but it could go anytime, its like a ticking time bomb and that's without mentioning that the Xmas period was a disaster

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Becca, there has to a process where you can refer this to your manager. They can then contact the applicable customer service manager. Someone somewhere has the ability to get things going. Calling them appears to be getting me nowhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried to make enquiries about changing to sky glass at sky stand in town and they said my account is block due to an ongoing dispute so they can't help I'm paying my bill and still watching sky so what's the dispute???
