@SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

@SimonCee3 @SkySports @SkyKaveh I don’t know what sanction exists that punishes the owners but not their club, supporters, community etc. Well I guess they could be fined personally but there’s no mechanism to do that which is perhaps one of the root causes of the problem.

So @SkySports select who can reply to their tweets. I fully agree that hate messages are unacceptable. But Sky are not in any way innocent in what has been happening in football in the past 30 years. In fact they are VERY MUCH part of the problem
