    @SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

    @joeandrews18 @SkyHelpTeam You’re also not allowing people to remove this package online and are trying to force a call, which you’re not answering - 1hr queues. I know everyone’s in a dodgy time, but just make the cancel option available online. It’s so transparent.

    @westers123 Joking apart, they really need to sort the streaming issues out if they want it to catch on. If these games were available on @SkySports as well, I'd be watching Sky. No comparison - IMHO.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - installed on the 9th November but nothing working till the 19th November!!! Paying for 100s of channels but receiving only 5 in that time!!

    Really quite unimpressed with @SkyUK’s customer service. Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. Make sure you double check their paperwork in future! #customerservicefail

    @SkyHelpTeam been having issues with outgoing/incoming calls all week. Ordered a new sim thinking it would solve the problem. Was just on a very important job interview call when the phone disconnected. Now whenever I call back or call anyone it says "this number doesn't exist"

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone isn't connecting to number that is definitely in use (says number doesn't exist but it is definitely correct). They told me to contact network provider about it as it is working at their end

    @SkyHelpTeam Look on twitter and a lot of people are having the same issue. Call sky who said they were told about this issue 2 days ago by email (so why did the 1st person say it was my phones fault??) He then said he will send a new sim out, but I can't see this working.!!Pt3

    @YaBoyJamie1 @SkyHelpTeam You can phone Sky Mobile, that is the only outgoing call that is functioning, but outgoing calls to mobile numbers/landline numbers isn’t possible right now. I wasn’t aware of the issue a few weeks back though. Hopefully it’ll be resolved ASAP 🤞🏻

    @unknown8383000 @SkyHelpTeam That’s correct, it’s an issue across Sky Mobile currently, outgoing calls can’t be made and you’ll know this because it’ll say the number doesn’t exist. However, incoming calls, texts and data are not impacted by this issue. I was told it could take 3-5 days.

    @YaBoyJamie1 @SkyHelpTeam Exactly, and you have first hand feedback from me who did call them that it’s been confirmed an overall issue, so save yourself time! I’m curious how an outgoing call is possible to their number & not others though; I assume it’s just a mobile to mobile issue

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet speed has been dropping for weeks now it's abysmal... I pay extra for fibre and it's never been as bad... I've even tried changing my router via sky but to no avail.... is there issues in the area PR75AG or is it just poor signal all the time??
