Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Paul Miller (@mp10002) reported@SkyHelpTeam Was supposed to get both Sky TV and Broadband fitted today. Sky fitted TV and cut all my Virgin cables ( subscription ends 8th march). Then open reach turned up and did not fit master socket. Then left without communication and left me with no Internet or landlines. Help ASAP.
