    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam dodgy call this am from someone pertaining to be you telling me they’d noticed my broadband was slow to connect. Didn’t ask my name or any security Q’s. Hung up when I said it was an odd call. I’ve got the number they rang from - should I DM you to report please?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet and my home phone have been down 2 days now,They say on the website when I test my connection that it’s an outage in the area and should be sorted in a couple of hours but when I ring up the people on the phone don’t seem to know what day it is.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's got nothing to do with what we can do, it's the app that's always been awful. You need to develop a proper app for Windows like Netflix and Disney+ and put it in their store. They work perfectly.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi team, I keep getting phone calls from someone proclaiming to be from Sky Broadband stating they have traced a fault to my router resulting in slow internet performance. I never disclose information to them as they don’t sound legitimate, but they are persistent.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. The problem is quite clear, the hub is power cycling. Its one for 10 secs then off again back to red light. Then sequence starts again.
