Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
