@SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

@SkyUK imagine I called them today and they put me on hold for 45 minutes. I did not wait any longer. I know plenty of other people who are facing the same problems. Sky have enough money to fix their business.
