    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    @joeandrews18 @SkyHelpTeam You’re also not allowing people to remove this package online and are trying to force a call, which you’re not answering - 1hr queues. I know everyone’s in a dodgy time, but just make the cancel option available online. It’s so transparent.

    @SkySports you are still taking money from us for sports channels! Pay this to the football leagues! Then ask all premier league teams to give money to each and every league team below them to help - like 2-3 teams each to help them pay their bills and keep going!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have but it’s was not easy . It’s not as easy than signing in to your account then pressing activate device , like it says on the Q Box because that option is just not there . And once you press the help you can’t get rid of the robot thing. It just keeps on popping up .

    @SkySports The guy is so rude to his team. In any workplace, such behaviour towards other staff would be reasonably considered as Gross Misconduct and a sackable offence. And with Max, it's a regular occurrence It's why he can never be considered in the same category as the great champions

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have any emails from sky, this all started because nobody from sky told me when my landline was moved to BT i had to cancel my subscriptions to my sky channels and packages etc. Nobody told me

    @SkyHelpTeam It's been bk up for about 2 hours now with no more drops so will keep an eye on speed as it settles & hope it doesn't drop again. We normally have a steady 74mg. Usually it's fine but since the outage in the week it's been a pita.

    @SkyHelpTeam btw shes 84 a vip diamond customer of 22 yearsand shes say you have put 6 £10 late charges on her account just this year and she is distressed she is unable to talk to a human member of staff about it sky you do not look good here
