@MajorGowen_ @glosuk68 @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 .... which time I have struggled to maintain my subscriptions for a service package which has barely been used ! I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyHelpTeam My sky broadcast has gone AWOL. I tried running test to be told no broadband. I live in #BERKHAMSTED. I've Have had more issues with sky in the last 2 weeks,thsn in the last 35 years.I also have sky HD Which is far ,far better than other sky products in my opinion.

@SkyHelpTeam No. Ans seriously I don’t meed another date. Either it gets installed or I need to know my rights to cancel the contract. I am suffering at work as there r no signals here and imagine my professional issues associated with no internet. 12 years of relationship in jeopardy.

The issue is they have bought the club with money they didn’t have and saddled it with a huge debt to do so. Club is doing what it already could without them but now with big debt and them taking money out too.

@papajimbo1983 @SkyHelpTeam It's not your modem. Sky is broken. Been awful for months, the last outage was about 6 hours on a Sunday, though there were a number of issues elsewhere yesterday. You'll get no recompense either, just a shrug.

@ohheeyitshollie @SkyHelpTeam It's so infuriating. Constant issues, second or third complete outage in a month, and nobody at Sky "help" has a clue. It's been 2 1/2 hours since it collapsed and there's not one member of customer service available. I absolutely hate Sky, @Ofcom should be all over this.

Shoutout to @SkyUK for excellent customer service. Router needed replacing so I called up yesterday (Sunday) got straight through and had a new one ordered. It arrived this morning at 8am and I’m back online for work. Very impressed! #customerexperience
