    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The first reply clearly shows that your advisor did not read my message. Sky should be ashamed of how they treat their customers! You are discriminating against people who have to work Mon-Fri with no option to take a day off!
