    @SkyHelpTeam Other companies are still sending engineers who are following COVID safe procedures. Why are Sky any different? Will I get some sort of refund on my extortionate bill as a result if having to wait?! This sound issue has been getting worse over many months and my bill is going up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet connection and others in the same street have gone down and at the same time there was a bt openreach engineer doing works. I am working from and need connection. Also the send engineer option isnt working on the my sky app.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem only started when there was an engineer doing work in our road. If they have created the fault why can you not get him to return and fix it. This acceptable considering the amount we pay for sky broadband. We need a resolution this afternoon.
