Opaque billing systems that confuse agents has meant a I’ve had to spent another hour sorting out their own mistakes to avoid a sizeable bill. I've Have had more issues with sky in the last 2 weeks,thsn in the last 35 years.I also have sky HD Which is far ,far better than other sky products in my opinion.

No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix.
