    @SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    Sky is an absolute joke. Gonna charge me £20 to cancel sky sports (which has only one month on context) and £30 to change my package. Absolute disgrace like. Having to cancel stuff because my energy bills are going through the roof. Disgraceful like. @SkyUK you should be ashamed.
