    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @joeandrews18 @SkyHelpTeam You’re also not allowing people to remove this package online and are trying to force a call, which you’re not answering - 1hr queues. I know everyone’s in a dodgy time, but just make the cancel option available online. It’s so transparent.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have just received notification of my next bill since changing my package and it is a lot more than I was advised it would be during the call. Also the future bill amounts are more than advised. Please contact me to sort or else just cancel my whole subscription.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all that at least 100 times in the 8 hours it’s been down. Nothing makes a difference. Have an engineer allocated but no idea when. It’s becoming a regular thing these days with no internet randomly for hours at a time
