Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@jameswharton @SkyHelpTeam Mine is fine, apart from F1 annoyingly which is the main thing I watch. The whole playlist thing is absolutely all over the place. It records a time slot, not a program. So you miss the end the second there’s a SC. And it takes hours, sometimes days for it to be available! Awful
