    @SkyHelpTeam None of the issues I have seem to have any help guide, and no contact number for Sky is displayed. I have been a Sky customer since 1999, and never has it been harder to actually speak to anyone at Sky. It's menu after menu, how about a person answers and asks "How may I help?"

    @SkyHelpTeam The best way to spot a scam call pretending to be from Sky is if they begin by saying "Hi. I'm calling from Sky". We all know that the real Sky would never call us and instead expect us to wait on the phone for over half an hour to speak to them instead. Easy!
