    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve managed to speak to someone at Sky and been given a measly £17 credit on our account, despite having no phone line and broadband for a total of 22 days, according to the link you provided at the start of this chat, total loss of service is £8.40 per day, can you explain?
