@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

@SkyUK Its been about 2-3 weeks of 1mb speeds I pay for over a 70mb if you use your website is crashes with a message its not you its us and if you ring all you get is "PRESS 1 IF YOU WANT US TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE WHEN YOUR PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED" and then the line goes dead.

@SkyHelpTeam I understand that, but if openreach are saying they don't have the equipment to connect me then there isnt a way of getting a connection with another supplier including virginmedia as they are experiencing the same issues that is why I left them.
