    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    @SkyUK hey sky, if I pay £900 a year for my Sky subscription and I want an additional box for multi room. Why are you not willing to wave the £50 fee? I thought I’m your favourite customer? If I leave, I bet it would have been worth giving for free then? #Debate2020 #sky #Clown

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @samlomas @RookeryMike Doesn’t help my 84 year old ST holding dad who have sky q access but no access via a computer etc ... Could really do with a code pass that unlocks this for them on sky directly . @SkySports innovate ?

    @SkyUK I wanted to move to #SkyStream from #SkyQ but the offers on packages I get as a platinum customer don’t translate to Sky Stream, so the move would have cost me an extra £40+ per month. Why is this?
