    @SkyHelpTeam you’ve apparently blocked my e mail account due to a security concern, your text tells me to login and change my password. When I try to login it tells me there is a problem and to call a number... percent tells me that I will be on hold for an hour!! 😱😱...

    @bt_uk absolutely dreadful customer service. Elderly parents moving house and need an active landline and you can’t even get the number transfer correct despite numerous promises and telephone calls. Highly recommend to any of my colleagues not to move from @SkyUK back to BT!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @DPD_UK so now we have the joy of paying £5 to wait in all day on sat as dpd are such a joke they can’t even give a delivery slot like every other modern courier company. So sky have paid for this delivery and now so have we. Dpd paid twice for a shit service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @DPD_UK why do a sky continue to use dpd as the courier for mobile deliveries? They really are a shower of shit. parcel delivered anytime between 6am and 10pm. Come on. This isn’t 1990 ffs. Can’t be left with neighbours. No 2hr slot or pay £5 for all day sat.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK this has to go down as the WORST service I have got from any company which includes services from multiple countries. Internet in India gets connected in a couple of days. This is worst than anything. Look at @Hyperoptic they serve much better.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam my sky broadband was promised in 10 SEP and then pushed to 14. Today it was expected to be activated. Now they are saying it is pushed to 18. Really want to know why you can't keep your promised dates. Do you guys care for customers. Pathetic service.
