    Anybody have any recommendations on good broadband and TV providers (not Virgin) as @SkyHelpTeam can't give me anything near approaching a good deal after 3 years of being a customer.

    @SkySports The grass growing in my garden rather than fund the obscene amounts paid at that level when.... Step 7 (nonleague 3) have to travel many '000's miles a year with no financial support from The FA (or Sky)

    @SkyUK wow my bill has gone up again! £115 per month. Only half the football no cricket no champions league yet they think a rise from £80 to £115 is justified. Can’t even answer the phone. Any other suggestions as just going to cancel sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Michelle but that article doesn't give any help regarding Dolby Atmos, or offer any links to anywhere else that can help. The app developers need to made aware that the app is not functioning as advertised. Dolby Atmos is not working on it.

    @SkyHelpTeam how long until you fix the issue with download on demand? It been a couple of weeks now and the work around doesn’t work for long if it works at all . I know this is a common issue for non sky broadband users.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand these things can’t be helped but I am unable to work. My mother can not use her Sky TV. This is just not good enough! We pay for a service and we expect to be able to use it!
