I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

    @WyattDu69157112 @ami_dda @SkyUK Maybe worth looking into? that's what happend to me despite not being able to use either still billed me, I wasn’t to pleased I felt sorry for the agent I spoke too regards this but made my point and bills reimbursed and within a few days of the call issue was sorted. Good luck

    @andystock22 @POF_POD @SkyUK It’s potentially an issue for subscribers. Also impacts clubs, undersoil heating for a southern club I spoke to has gone from £20k to £50k…and it doesn’t use it very often due to recent mild weather but a cold winter would add to the cost
