@SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

@SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

@SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

@inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have called today about Sky Glass as I cannot have a dish installed due to no signal. I was told that instead all 8+ years customers are being prioritised, even though they can all currently watch tv. I was told I would have to wait a month/December to order
