    @SkyHelpTeam It was a debit adjustment. Haven’t used sky in over a month. Final bill was January and was 56p. Over a month later and now I’ve been charged £16. Not happy, and when I’m on a low based income currently due to be not working at being wife’s career it certainly isn’t ideal

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I live in NE23 and I am into day 3 of no internet. After 3 conversations o finally got someone to tell me the truth that there is an outage and it is with Sky, not me!! Yous nearly had me fooled. I am in the process of upgrading my broadband and I will cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam second time asking for help. Disney plus is not working on my new sky q box. I’ve tried private messaging and just get a auto response thing which says they don’t understand what I’m asking. So frustrating
