    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam The sky advisor has just said the same thing every time that they still can't book a new engineer with open reach as open reach need to close the case first, as an engineer was already booked for Monday 23rd but they never turned up.

    @SkyHelpTeam urgent help needed, had unstable internet connection for over 5 weeks ever since moved to ultrafast broadband, cuts out every hour. Rang sky 8 times, between December and today, totalling 276 minutes. Still told by sky advisors they are waiting for open reach. Help
