@JasonRempala @SkyUK Lol… I had SkyTV about twenty years ago. It took an intense amount of effort to cancel. You had to get through the interrogation department who would first offer big discounts and then turn nasty. Absolutely awful experience, and it seems little has changed.

@SkyHelpTeam I have advise you guys on DM and Dave on the online chat that I did not made the changes. Dave basically told me someone done it with my credentials and Its my responsibility. He could not undo the changes I would have to go to a different 18 month plan or cancel the TV package.
