    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @bhastie91 @SkyUK Apparently this is contrary to the terms and conditions, which a) makes it completely different to every other streaming service on the planet and b) isn't explained at point of sale, even though the contract states sky will charge you a second sub if you do it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sep 30th, October 19th, October 27th. In the past 5 weeks my internet has gone down due to a "Service outage" (not maintenance) for several hours on these 3 occasions. With short term outages around midnight on a few other days. Why is #Skybroadband so unreliable?

    @virginmedia Yep. Now saying they have to dig up the road and it'll be another 3 weeks. Currently cancelling our contract with Virgin and going to @SkyHelpTeam as at least they seem to know what's going on (the fact its taken customer service 10mins just to cancel our contract says a lot)
