@SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

@SkyHelpTeam my optic fibre internet has gone down again, how is it living in London paying top whack for my internet and I have so many outages. Sky haven’t sorted this out and I’m totally fed up. Pay for extra tv in bedroom can’t even watch bbc as no internet! #annoyed #rubbish

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, please re-read my complaint… I have completed the test and am being mistakingly told that everything is ok. Drops happen every half an hour or so and same for neighbours, judging by recent tweets this is an issue for others. How do I book an engineer on light of this?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - internet keeps dropping out, same issue for neighbours. Line test indicates that area and line is ok but can sure that this is NOT the case. No way to escalate via your online portal because of this. Please advise as there is no way to report this.
