@SkyHelpTeam waited from 1-6pm today for a sky engineer to connect us today in Wendover, did not turn up even after phoning and being reassured he would. No help on phone apart from offering an appointment on 14th Feb - this is shocking service.

@SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

@SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

@Daily_Hotspur @SkySports Jose be going on as if we haven’t been without Kane for parts of the last 3/4 seasons due to injury. We actually got to a champions league! Kane’s injury is not the problem, Jose man management is! Players have always stepped up when he has been injured! So cut the crap!
