Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

EE was charging me £55 for 500gbs and every time I queried it was because of the service they provided is so much better , I only ever wanted them to sort glitches and had to go through phone robots, now with virgin 1100gbs £30 not a glitch!
