    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early next week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    @SkyHelpTeam Terrible reliability from your broadband. I’ve had more issues in 1 year of Sky than in 5 of BT. Why is Sky Broadband down, again? What are the terms of my contract? Do I get it free for three days down? Because we must be there? Recommend to a friend? No way.
