You’re paying £90 a mth to watch the exact same TV that they are advertising the exact same channels to a new customer for £50 per mth. Mind boggling!   So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky service is costly and slow. Never used to be like that. Customer service are now also awful, because a lack of understanding about consumer protection.
