Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

@SkyHelpTeam SkyGo app has become unwatchable. Syncs to Sky Q fine over sky fibre BB, 5m away on iPad it continuously buffers, hangs & some instances not load at all. Same on iPhone both running the latest iOS. Can clearly see lots of people getting the same issue...

@novicejetsetter @SkySports They’re not untouchable. They can be demoted or sacked. Players make loads of errors, umpires don’t do a press conference to talk about it. An umpire/ ref makes a mistake and it’s a crisis.

@SkyHelpTeam We had connection again this morning - when i did the “check connection” i still got the “outage in the area” error but things seemed to be working. We’ve both come into the office though as didnt want to risk no connection again
