@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

@SkyHelpTeam hi we have problems with the Sky q box . The picture keeps breaking up. We have unplugged the box off and it still keeps doing it. I think it is a problem with our Sky Dish could get someone out to look at it at all please

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

@SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

@SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

Avoid #Skystore at all cost's. I rented a movie. But I had to interrupt watching it. When I went back to view it. I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison, not a problem just at my house, looking on a local Facebook page, there’s lots of people who have just lost theirs as well! It was on and off for hours last night and again it seems like most of Lytham were down. Multiple isps so BT open reach fault maybe? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I did speak to someone. He said he gave me the very best offers and deals available. That's why I went online as a new customer and found the same package £26 cheaper. It would be cheaper to throw my equipment away and get someone to bring new boxes and reconnect. Surely not?

@SkyHelpTeam I recontacted after given 31 days notice to leave so the cancellation of Sky had begun.Yesterday was to be my last day but obviously isn't now. I've just received a text and email regarding packaging to return Q equipment has been dispatched. Please cancel it...
