    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam You have no idea how annoying this is. Just moved house after a break up, no WiFi or tv services for 2 weeks and now this. My phone data is absolutely rinsed. And you and openreach don’t give a ****.

    @MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

    @SkyUK received a rather rude call from @Openreachthis afternoon about my broadband speed. Very condescending and when I told him not to be do rude he did not speak again. With that I hung up. Appears to me to be a spam call?

    @SkyHelpTeam are the biggest waste of a customer service team , they do not vakue you as a customer , response back has been nothing short of pathetic Just sharing incase people are thinking of going over to sky .. dont 20 years VIP customer = 0 help ... time for a change

    @SkyHelpTeam If I was out of contract I wouldn't really be an existing customer as all your broadband deals, TV deals come with minimum contracts, and once that contract ends you get another contract. Yet another misleading offer from Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm not out of contract, I'm in contract and currently paying you £36.50 a month for Broadband, but this offer says £25 a month for existing customers. I'm an existing customer, right? So the offer should apply to me.

    @SkyHelpTeam It has to be affordable if you want to keep customers though. My mum says that poor lad looked shocked when she told him that she couldn’t pay anymore.Just so the company owners make their money,thats all. Same as Virgin Media.For once, Sky could don the right thing, but no. 😩😩
