@SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

@SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

@SkyHelpTeam I think I’ve worked out the issue. I was a sky customer years ago and had VIP. It won’t let me update to my new account number so isn’t recognising me as a sky customer. Can you advise here pls. One of the main reasons I left virgin was high wait times when calling for help!
