My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

The customer service from Sky is abysmal! @SkyHelpTeam Nothing ever gets resolved without jumping from one dept to another. The ridiculous waiting times and then their systems will be down and no one bothers to call back even after requesting. Appalling stuff!
