No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

So I guess today is day 8

They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.
