    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @timblazey @SkyUK @Ofcom I had problems with sky internet being slow. It improved using the old, non sky modem, but have since moved.

    @SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

    Once I’ve paid this off I’m changing my phone back to Three and I’ll get TV from Now TV & all the other paid services as Sky is overpriced anyway. @SkyUK have totally ruined their relationship with me and I thought their customer service was good before. @SkyHelpTeam you blew it.
