BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

Over 3.5 hrs I’ve been on phone/holding to sky in the past week and just going round in circles. Sky complaints policy aims to resolve in 28 days. Mine opened 31/10/22. Adjudicator now?
