@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@PaulHag87 @SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer round, was told any fixes will be only temporary. Only BT & SKY can fix it, it’s intermittent and sometimes of the day are better than others. If I were you take advantage of it working whilst you can and download as much as you dare!

@SkyUK absolutely disgusted that after 14 years of being with sky and deciding to leave due to bad service that you have hit my credit file with a charge for not returning the kit with only 6 days to do so.. it's in the post and should allow 60 days. You have affected my credit.
