    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    @SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

    @SkyUK Mis-sold Sky multiroom by your engineering team. Continue to be billed for a cancelled Broadband service and nobody in any of your departments is able to deal with it. Cancellations even put the phone down on us! Horrible inept customer service.

    @SkyUK It’s really bad. Constant faults loading programmes. Sometimes just left looking at a blank screen. It disconnects from the internet so you have to reset. Does not have all channels available on Sky Q. Should not have been released as it is clearly not ready!!

    @shahin_lisa @SkyHelpTeam It's clever but if the BBC don't change the transmission signal, the box won't pick it up. Not even sure they can do that from one channel to the another.

    @SkyHelpTeam the worst customer service from the Sky mobile team. 2 days in a row on hold for over 30 mins and nobody can seem to help. Think I’ll move all of our family mobile accounts back to o2!
