    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam I did manage to speak to an advisor last night after waiting for over 45 minutes but they couldn't see any issues so they booked an engineer visit for 6th Dec! I did suggest it was a waste of time as it's not my issue, it's clearly an issue in the area. Got to cancel it now...

    @SkyHelpTeam Well I'm not sure the your team that I spoke to appreciated the "problem" or situation at all. Felt as though I was an unneccessary nuisance and they didn't have a "range" or deals that you refer to.

    @SkyHelpTeam The only time I’ve managed to do it, it just said there is an issue, that’s it. So we cannot just sit there and keep re-joining, when we are trying to work. Literally just a new hub sent out will sort it. It only happened after a firmware update that was done by sky remotely.
