    @SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband have been down for two hours. Everything on the website was attempted. How come there isn't a simple way to report this on the website ? I I am informing you that, SO15 broadband and talk is down as this seem to be the only way to inform sky about the issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam When I select red button coverage it’s not coming up at all and when I press the (i) button on the remote I’m able to select the drop down menu of the event I want to watch and can you explain that why that has happened as I find it very peculiar to say the least.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am trying to inform you that broadband and talk is down in SO15. Its not on the know issue list because , I assume everyone is struggling to inform sky about this due to the fact that the website send people in circles.
