    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyUK Tried to cancel last week but got talked into a new deal, phoned today - well within the cooling off period, but I couldn’t cancel (clearly not smart enough) so I’ve somehow arranged an engineer appointment for an update I didn’t want, I’m genuinely crying at the moment 😢

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m in week 9 of waiting for an engineer ! I am having to use my mobile data thank you @EE IF I COULD CANCEL SKY I BLOODY WOULD BUT CANT GET @virginmedia ON OUR STREET ! #rubbishCS

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    @SkyHelpTeam we want to change our address on our account (we moved 5 years ago) as you have it incorrect despite sending out an engineer when we moved. Please help as your automated phone service is useless and apparently all ‘real’ people are currently furloughed!!!

    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I think the communication breakdown is between Sky and Openreach. Been without Broadband and Talk since 1am Tuesday morning and still nobody can tell me why and when it'll be fixed. Sky say its Openreach and Openreach day there isn't a problem. In the meantime I still can't WFH

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam - Having a dreadful experience with Sky contract renewals at present and getting absolutely nowhere with Customer Services. Appalling. Have been overcharged on my bill and not given the deal reflected as advertised. Then charged multiple admin fee's. #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam There’s been a breakdown in communication between me and Sky...asked to renew Sports and Cinema due to a £20 rise incoming and been quoted two different prices and worst of all asked to pay a £20 admin fee to keep a service I already have.

    @Paddy33Singh @SkySports We seem to agree with each other. I have zero issue with people kneeling, laying down or streaking naked except for a sprig of holly. My issue is people like this player insinuating that if you disagree with him then you are the problem. It is the total opposite.

    @SkyUK I've been without Sky Fibre Broadband since 1am on Tuesday morning and I want to know when I'm going to be reconnected. @SkyHelpTeam have been unable to help. They blame Openreach for the problem but I am your customer not theirs. How can I escalate this #fuckedoff
