BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. Thereโs no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok
