@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SkyHelpTeam wondered if you could help me as I have had no use on the phone/emails. I sent back my Sky Q box and mini box on the 22/02/22 using your prepaid packaging that was sent to me. Since then £185 has been added to my bill for boxes they say they haven’t received.

@SkySports Tyrell Hatton is a very good golfer but when does this sort of stuff he’s a very good hack like the rest of us. Doesn’t he realise that he would be first person to take a major down with his demonstrative temper - that’s why no-one has.#cool-it
