@SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

Ours was so bad even with their top speeds that I have now reduced it to the basic service as for some reason my package cost does not change if I cancel their broadband altogether. I now have BT which works very well.

@SkyUK Hi - will Sky Stream Pucks be sold standalone? I am a Sky Broadband customer in a house which already has a satellite dish, but your engineers are unable to access the dish to install Sky TV. The Stream Puck would probably solve this problem, but I don’t need a new TV

@danpom @SkyUK No. But we get “Sky VIP” which is just a collection of crap that they want to give away… or tickets to some event that you’re not interested in which always seems to take place in London (when you don’t live there).
