    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 weeks of no Internet or phone. My mum's safe and connected alarm not working without the phone line. She can't be discharged until its working. I can't work from home without Internet. Are you gonna sit at home with my mum to look after her?

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam Was told on the phone last week that i own my router and it isn't locked. Why does the WLAN settings page not allow me to change username and password for a new ISP then pls? No option to enter VLAN # either. Can you fix this to truly unlock? #skybroadband @ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam No all the channels are affected all I’ve got is a blue screen with technical fault now the tv does come on at times but the majority of the time it’s blue screen with technical fault As the engineer who installed sky Q said all cable needs replaced that’s cause of issues

    @ReadingFC @SkySports I know it's not the clubs fault, but is someone complaining to the EFL and ifollow? We pay actual money for this service - broadcasting pictures and sound that are in sync is hardly cutting edge technology.

    @SkyHelpTeam They needed to dig to fix the cable issue which they done ages ago. Still nothing. All I’ve had is a phone number to ring. But when i ring it it just sends me a link to go online
