An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the time of visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?
