@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

@SkyHelpTeam @mtthw_thmsn86 That's the problem with SKY charge for 4K/UHD content whereas others provide it within the costs - come on get your pricing lower and more aligned with other providers and I may be tempted again - but I do not miss it anymore.

@SkyHelpTeam I have a slight issue with my new sky stream puck. When I switch to a different hdmi on my TV to play Xbox, the sky puck shuts down automatically after a while and when it does so it turns my soundbar off too
