So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

I don’t know what’s more laughable…the fact that @SkyHelpTeam is having a wobble with BST to GMT, or the Great British public has collectively gone into crisis meltdown over it. Lots of faux outrage over a technical outage that has been acknowledged.
