@SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpteam no broadband for 8 days and the much needed engineer visit didn’t happen today as promised on your system this morning and has now been marked as complete….. still I’m promised a call back within 24 to complain so that’s alright then problem solved….. 🤬🤬🤬
