    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @SkyHelpTeam Appreciate you’re reply but it’s nowhere near as good as Home Alone 1&2 and even Scrooged in my opinion. Die Hard isn’t a Christmas film I’m not going to settle down with my family and watch. Like Polar Express, Santa Clause The Movie. Each to there own I suppose.

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a service status screen and a variety of services such as sky talk broadband etc. If I select broadband I have the option to get help or test my connection which is what I’ve already done

    @SkyHelpTeam This is really unhelpful, it doesn’t allow you to speak to someone and I am still having the issue. The tech team number I was given is automated and cuts you off as tells you do trouble shoot online. I am now in another 45 mins so far long queue ?

    @SkyHelpTeam @Sprint390g I’m in the same boat. They’re citing covid related issues as the reason for the long wait... on the one hand that is fair, on the hand covid is over a year old now... they should have hired more people by now (IMHO)
