    On the phone to @SkyUK to renew my package with them. So far, been cut off twice and not put through to the department we really need to speak to. On hold again now. This is what Sky Diamond VIP service looks like.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK if anyone thinking of getting a phone with sky dont bother if you send it in for repair while under warranty they will send it back with a completely different issue and tell you it's not covered and will want £900 to repair it

    @SkyHelpTeam About a week ago. I’m getting slightly less speed than would from main socket but that’s expected , however for ke@to have connectivity issues every couple of days to the mini boxes which makes them freeze is a joke. I have to manually reset all 3 boxes just to get them working

    @SkyHelpTeam No not at the minute because I reset the thing every 2 days. It says on the mini boxes can’t watch tv due to connectivity issue. Then main box in living room crashes. It’s crap. Thinking of getting rid

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset everything various times and I am approximately 2/3 times a week resetting all the boxes because everything freezes. I’ve been told it’s connectivity issues but no one can attend until restrictions lifted to exchange main line to secondary one.
