@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky Help. Our Broadband has now been no more than 12Mbps for 2 days. Via MySky yesterday I was told an engineer would be sent to fix an issue outside the house. Today I can’t even get onto the site to check progress. Speed right now is 11.9Mbps for downloading. Please advise!
