    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam Was advised by one of your agents to change from sky max broadband to superfast as we had an issue with a crackly phone line and could then use VOIP. Since change, broadband keeps dropping, freezing, sky Q can't find connection, trouble more working from home. Every single day

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve already gone through all the steps. Ironically I just got an email saying I’m a VIP because I’ve used Sky for 20 years. It doesn’t feel that way. I’m paying for boost, and 1/2 house has no signal. Online it says there’s a promise of service in every room. I need that.
