I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.
