    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, am a New customer, placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the time of visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyUK I had it loved it but you need very good wi fi which I did not have so back it went but top service from sky picked it up no fuss - I had the best wi fi available in my area was sad to see it go try again when WiFi upgraded

    @AngryBritain @SkyUK I know someone who had problems with their new sky glass it was the wifi connection, had his supplier run tests not sure if engineers came out though
