    @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

    @SkyHelpTeam we want to change our address on our account (we moved 5 years ago) as you have it incorrect despite sending out an engineer when we moved. Please help as your automated phone service is useless and apparently all ‘real’ people are currently furloughed!!!

    My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

    @SkyHelpTeam Its not an issue with my broadband, its the signal from the main box, apparently needs boosted, wasn’t an issue before, until I upgraded my main box to hdr compatible one, clearly a poorer signal emitted by this box. Shocking that you try and push the blame to another party

    @BlueFanCFC @AbsoluteChelsea @SkySports I couldn’t give a damn about his confidence if we’re about to finish outside the top 4. Is he really that mentally fragile? I’d rather start anyone up top over him rather than sacrifice valuable points so he can feel good about himself. Good players prop themselves up.

    @SkyHelpTeam That's mental and utterly pointless. Taking a payment for a service you know we're not going to use and you know you're going to have to give back. This is 2021 not 1990. You're not protecting against a bouncing cheque. There is no need to take the payment. Rectify quickly pls.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just spent an hour on phone with support to find my issue cannot be resolved as I don’t have sky broadband, paying for multi-room that suddenly decided not to work and can only be solved by getting booster, only available to sky bb customers, poor show

It’s hardly like we chased him out of the club when we were winning the league. We’re really badly run off the pitch which doesn’t help but we’d be no better off with Arsene
