    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    Sky is a joke. @SkyUK trying to charge me for equipment not returned. I never asked for it to be replaced/cancelled so why do I need to return it?I’ve pointed that out, instead of apologising they’re just saying they’re making the charges “exempt” like they’re doing me a favour!
