@SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyHelpTeam This check never happened in our case, we had to resort to using a telephone kiosk in our village in order to make a 999 call. Being in a rural area we have limited to no mobile coverage. No everyone has a signal despite what a coverage map may show.

@skyhelpteam ridiculous service today !!40 mins on phone to help desk and because his IT went down he couldn’t finish booking in an eng. I asked if he could transfer me to a colleague he said no I had to wait until Tuesday when he can call me back. Absolute bonkers !
