My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam when the connection works, the url takes me to Sky homepage. when the connection is not working, then error 404 message is shown. I have gone through the hub "fix" option which pops up - the steps recommend checking the phone cable connection.
