So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@thatsNathan @SkyHelpTeam send out a new hub is you’d have to go through the whole rigmarole of replacing the hub, changing passwords on devices etc only to find the same issue was happening as its an intermittent line fault or something along those line. Hubs only need to be replaced if they have no

Please @skyuk get a deal with @ITVX for their programmes to be downloaded onto the Sky Q box. @ITVX app is so so clunky, it sticks whenever you get to an advert break, the screen flashes as it takes so long to pull through the next clip. It is terrible.

@SkyHelpTeam no Daniel it doesnt work like that at all Im afraid :) there is nothing in that episode that breaks the watershed ruling. So feel free to point me to the exact part of that episode which breaks Ofcoms rules, rather than Skys rules because its Ofcom who rules on this not Sky

Had the WORST customer service with @SkyHelpTeam. Been with Sky for years and our broadband is very slow (pay for the Wi-Fi check) they said their was a problem and booked an engineer. Found their was a problem with hub and had to phone. Phoned up to the RUDEST man ever. cont.
