    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried this procedure 7 times and every other possibility. Got a temporary signal but will see if it's consistent however following your advice, I can assure you that you provide no link to booking an engineer online, only phone, unless you can advise to the contrary?

    @SkyHelpTeam The options were already reviewed. This is when I discovered she was paying £20/mo more for an identical package currently advertised on your site. I wanted to highlight the unjust nature of automatic payment increases where there hasn’t been a change in service

    @SkyHelpTeam Fantastic. Last time I talked to them I was told that because my speed falls under 3MB (no ****, it's 1MB) that they're happy to cancel the contract. So instead of improving the cables Sky's solution is to take the internet away all together.
