So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

@SkyHelpTeam The mini boxes connect via a mesh network created by the main box, this is the issue, not my broadband wifi network which is also mesh and creates no problems for other devices, the only problem is with the network created by the sky q box

@SkyHelpTeam Its not an issue with my broadband, its the signal from the main box, apparently needs boosted, wasn’t an issue before, until I upgraded my main box to hdr compatible one, clearly a poorer signal emitted by this box. Shocking that you try and push the blame to another party
