@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

@SkyHelpTeam Havent had a dial tone on our phone for months....broadband really slow ......12mb. Was told it was fixed in March. But engineer never came to the house so I lost a days pay! Cant afford to do that every time BT ***** things up. Cm20 area
