    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s poor, I do t pay openreach I pay you and to not have clear updates and timelines or the ability to check is exactly why the service is substandard. In remote areas where mobile signal is no good it leaves us totally exposed and vulnerable in case of emergency. Disgusting!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Internet has been down since the 13th. Just been told that it's been pushed to the 26th, the 6th time I've rang and its been pushed back. The worst service I have ever ever received. BT supply 5G dongles for this, Sky sit on their hands disgusting.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m thinking of either moving or changing package. It’s just hot much too expensive. The website is terrible. And I can’t upgrade as I’m on that package which is the best you can offer in our area so we get rinsed.

    And do you know what the best thing is? @OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam - for 14 days outage you are going to give me... 6 days compensation. I have spent that alone in extra data for my phone. It's disgraceful.

    @SkyHelpTeam The line is fine it’s the broadband sky box that is faulty, I’ve sent pictures, diagnostics, spoke to two advisors, had an engineer appointment booked which then wasn’t booked then tried to get charged for another app, finally resulted in a complaint. First reported on 9th jan

    @SkyHelpTeam What’s worse is that only on the 3rd call am I being told of an issue with openreach yet all searches on outages shows they have none! So who do I believe? As soon as I find an alternative I will be cancelling everything, tv and broadband. Sick of your lack of ownership.
