@SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

Pt1 @dpduk_ shocking service from DPD UK. I thought you were reliable. My @SkyUK order which was to be delivered on Saturday got cancelled because the driver claimed there was no one at home. When I’ve been home the whole day. Bear in mind a paid £9.99 for this weekend delivery.
