    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky tech team came out Monday checked all in house equipment and passed it over to open reach/ open reach came out today and still being advised damage to by hub. Been told early best week but have no faith in this as been waiting far too long

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam new customers get the same package as me for £33 per month. £15 per month cheaper than what I'm paying. What happens if I cancel today and re-join with a different number, email and debit card tomorrow? Will I get the discount? Thanks. @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Just got off the phone with customer services. They are sending me a new router and sky Q box to boost the signal. Let’s hope this works thnx, if not I’ll no doubt be back on here venting my frustrations 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam we have no phone signal, I cannot phone or text you, and your Facebook messenger service keeps telling me I can’t use it. Can you tell me how I can contact you to find out what’s going on? Your service status states signal may be down until Feb 16th?!? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Don’t suppose you fancy a new customer or helping out an #NHS worker? Avg Bill with Sky is £80 per month for TV and Broadband. As long as you don’t use or need @OpenreachHelp for the install?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried that - it only gives me the option to call or text, which I can’t do with no mobile signal! There was an option to use Facebook messenger but the virtual assistant on there wouldn’t help me as I don’t have accessibility issues. Can you help as to how I can seek help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Already done - no connection! Who the heck is working to fix the issue and if that’s nobody then who and how do I contact someone to make them aware? Your Customer Support is so shockingly bad, the very second someone offers me another service I’m gone!
