    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

    My @SkyUK fibre is cutting out 20+ times a day since lockdown ended (was fine during) and the website helpfully tells me not to call them at this time and to use their “help guides” online. I don’t need a help guide. I need the service I pay a lot for to actually be functional.

    @SBK83 @SkySports 100% that Masters record was broken due to soft greens. And 20 to 30 metres is not a lot. But 80 or 90 is. Plenty will copy Bryson and there are bound to be some that will have a much better short game than him!

    @SkyHelpTeam they had me turn it off then it on run and down stairs to my wifi box. Then they had me go through all my settings to say uhk must be a problem in the area... well no theres no cause my neighbours is ok

    @SkyUK just terminated contract because service has been totally unreliable. you “sold” us multi room boxes at £80 each, now telling us you own them and we have to return them. Please explain what the £80 was for? Because we were given the impression that we were buying these.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I rang tech support yday and was told the outage is being investigated by openreach and that after 24 hours this issue can be personally escalated. Rang again today and was told they couldn't do anything. I would just like an update. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam problems in the CT11 area? Broadband went down at 11.00 yesterday morning, no improvement. Service checker says known issue in area but no one else I know with you is having problems? Tried all obvious things to fix it.
