@SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

@SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn't make sense. ALL the other world cup matches ARE available to watch. It is just this one 1hr highlight package of an 8 hour broadcast of a women's world cup cricket match. As I keep saying, we pay for a service we are not receiving. Its a joke.

Been with @SkyUK for my broadband for 2 months. Literally a week after getting it in February it went down for the full day. And again today a month later down for near enough the full day. Seriously regretting signing an 18 month contract with them now
