So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@Eanr @SkySports Nah - Horner went mentally weeks ago. Moaning about everything which doesn’t help his driver. Compare him to Toto, who has so much more class and composure about him. If he was more assured and composed under the pressure, I think Max would already be World Champion.

@SkyHelpTeam @Nick2403197218 Many people with the same issue. Including customers using sky accounts. It's very clearly an issue at your end, sky, it doesn't take much to work that one out. Just file the bug with your apps and service team to fix this
