    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyUK company is a absolute joke! Bills nearly £200 a month! Had to buy my own sky box as never been provided with one! On the phone for over a hour getting passed about and customer service are cheeky ******* *****! Absolute shite company

    @SkyHelpTeam I will continue to wait, but I’m more concerned that the app has been saying the job is “in progress” for the last 5 hours, but I’m yet to have an engineer arrive at my residence. But if I were to cancel, a charge of £25 will be added to my bill!!

    @SkyUK need to buy a new Sky+ HD remote from sky website, states online shop is temp closed & gives phons number. Tried calling & it’s predominately for those with sky issues; I don’t want to tie up the phone line or an adviser; when is the online shop likely to be back online?

    @SkyHelpTeam we are getting problem with satellite signal have booked engineer first appointment 8 Jan! Will we be charged subscription for 9 days we can't access? Can we get sky sports transferred to our Now TV account?
