@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

@MercBurner1 @SkySports That’s annoying! I’m lucky that I happened to be at home when I noticed it was down. I don’t know yet whether it’s connected to the Amazon Web Systems outage, but Sky does use them. Blasted Yanks!
