    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK Hi when I try to sign into the MySky app for mobile it asks me to link my Sky ID (no idea why, never done this and been using app for a couple of years). Won’t recognise my postcode or account number. When I check your website it says my Sky ID is already linked. Help??

    @SkyHelpTeam So angry. Moving house. Arranged vip home move . Even agreed a new extended contract. Previous service cut two weeks ago. New service and engineer booked for 3rd Aug. Received snotty email saying I am being hit for £68 early termination. C u in court if not sorted.

    @Telegraph Suggest that if the Premier League does this everyone cancels their @SkySports subscription as well. We need to work together to stop this happening. The PL can exist without crowds but it will damage the brand. It's awful with empty stands
