So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

@SkyHelpTeam So why so many problems? Why doesn't it have all the channels Sky Q has, I have Sky Q and two mini boxes and they are brilliant, I was told by a Sky engineer to avoid Glass if I have Q and a decent TV.

@SkyHelpTeam are a complete shambles. Book a home move well in advance. They then wait until the day after we’ve moved in to tell us there’s a problem. Instead of calling they send a text asking you to call them and then your 40 minutes in a Q without answer!!!

@SkyUK I have Sky Glass. Still limit on available channels. Weak on news channels - need CNN to be added. Also poor assistance for those with hearing impairment by Sky and by hearing providers such as Specsavers.
