    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    @SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have tried doing this and it recognises there is an issue but says that the speed is still above what you guarantee. However the current speed is below that (I assume you must take an average), and it does not address any issues with packet loss and latency

    @SkyHelpTeam I live on a new build estate and BT OpenReach have been making a right mess this week. I suppose the problem is with them, but sadly my contract is with you. I'm not sure what your tech teams can do as it literally is a problem with BT.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've checked this already and the sky test states I'm getting 54mbps yet as I'm downloading something I can see I'm only getting 6mps on the download and nothing else is being downloaded and as my PS5 is connected to the modem by ethernet cable I thought this was very poor
