    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    @SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @TalkTalk that could help me but hurrah for @SkyUK while I was waiting over an hour to sort it out. Sky contacted TT and now sorted. @TalkTalk nothing but issues recommend to steer clear!

    Anyone else's @SkyUK bill randomly went up by £30 (!!!!!) without any notice? And now they won't pick up and their messaging service is deactivated. Nothing sort of the usual rubbish service really.

    @Nufc2Everything I'd get rid of Shola. He arse licked his way into that role anyway. Sitting on SkySports coming out with **** like 'Fair play to Mike' Then after Mike leaves he has sly digs at him arse licking the new owners. Now we know why he played at the top for so long. Proper brown tongue.
