    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @SkyHelpTeam Guys, I have signed up for broadband at my new home after not being with sky, but the login keeps bringing up my old account information which has closed. Can someone rectify as I can’t see my bills and my information about my address has changed.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi we have problems with the Sky q box . The picture keeps breaking up. We have unplugged the box off and it still keeps doing it. I think it is a problem with our Sky Dish could get someone out to look at it at all please

    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    @OpenreachHelp How can I contact you about your staff lying? OR have missed 2 appointments so far. @SkyHelpTeam have told me the eChat notes show OR tried to call me 3 times. They did not. SMS works (from OR) - but no calls. Isn't an issue for my ISP to resolve - this is yours.

    @virginmedia hi when I signed up to virgin I was still in contract with @SkyUK. I was promised a £60 reduction for 1 month presumably so I would connect to virgin quicker. So far I have not received this. Any help?

    @MrOliverMay @OpenreachHelp @SkyUK Having almost the exact same issue. Openreach have missed repeated appointments and have the audacity to say they tried to call me 3 times (hint: they did not) - strange considering they could SMS without issue. Sky also don't seem to have a way to phone OR. Shambles all around.
