    @SkyHelpTeam Your website says £8 per day for loss of service if the fault is not fixed after the 2nd working day it was reported. It was reported on Thursday and fixed yesterday. That’s not £5 is it.

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam Please check your records, we jever had a call from broad band team tp confirm site visit ,i dont want to go back and forth, just need help our broadband is awful , was better when i had a vpn

    So the #thefootballshow interview Peterborough chairman every week. Yet cov get promoted and deservedly so and nothing it's a miracle what has happened at our club come on @SkySports @laura_woodsy poor form this.

    @SkyHelpTeam are the biggest waste of a customer service team , they do not vakue you as a customer , response back has been nothing short of pathetic Just sharing incase people are thinking of going over to sky .. dont 20 years VIP customer = 0 help ... time for a change

    My @SkyHelpTeam broadband was due to be activated on the 2nd July and was finally done 6 days later yesterday on the 7th So for 6 days no service and no working internet @SkyUK have given me a whopping £5 off my bill. Howay man, have a word like.

    @SkyHelpTeam You have no idea how annoying this is. Just moved house after a break up, no WiFi or tv services for 2 weeks and now this. My phone data is absolutely rinsed. And you and openreach don’t give a ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

    @SkyHelpTeam No but most couriers will give you an hrs time slot on the day once you have the tracking number. Why use RM who are shite and have no customer service like other couriers.

    @SkyHelpTeam so after numerous emails and request for help ,now 8 days since sky have not been intouch after a promise of a call back from the broad band team, a joke as we are struggling to download the kids school work customers get treated like this 20 years ive been wuth you

    @SkyHelpTeam This is a new contract I have taken out with you and it’s not a good start. If it’s not resolved within 48hrs I will cancel and go with Virgin media who don’t use openreach.

    @SkyHelpTeam I had a text and an email on Friday saying it would be delivered today. I took a day off work and now @RoyalMailHelp are saying it’s in transit somewhere and will turn up whenever, if it does turn up that is. I’m working the rest of the week. Appalling service.

    @MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked the help section. It only covers activation of the mini box not loss of connectivity between the mini and main sky q box. If I try to call your telephone system doesn’t recognise me as a sky q customer so I end up waiting for over 1 hour to be put in another queue

    @SkyHelpTeam genuinely beyond angry at your utter incompetence. Loyal customer sold the dream of moving home with Sky. Moved on Dec 18th- told we'd have broadband on 30th. That was moved to Jan 8th. 2 SMS today saying "Great it's all being activated by midnight". Here we are 1/2

    @MullensMusings @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam Shower of money grabbing A**h's I'm with them over 16 years, tried to cancel my movie and sport package awhile back, got lectured like I was a 4 year old, rude customer service. No loyalty to customers.
