    @SkyUK hi, am a New customer and placed an order for sky tv few days ago. An engineer is supposed to come today to give the new connection. Am waiting... no email or call or text about the engineer visit. Called few different numbers but no response 😕

    @SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn't make sense. ALL the other world cup matches ARE available to watch. It is just this one 1hr highlight package of an 8 hour broadcast of a women's world cup cricket match. As I keep saying, we pay for a service we are not receiving. Its a joke.

    Been with @SkyUK for my broadband for 2 months. Literally a week after getting it in February it went down for the full day. And again today a month later down for near enough the full day. Seriously regretting signing an 18 month contract with them now

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I have fibre and the voice light has gone amber on my hub, I don’t use internet calls and all else is working fine , help sais do a router reset and try that but do not want to do it and then have to connect all devices again for something we don’t use, can I just leave it

    @elzthewitch @SkyUK Thank **** I don't have Sky Glass, glad I'm sticking with Q!! Live sports are around 30 seconds behind, can't record, energy rating is -G oh and if your internet goes the TV doesn't work. Well done though for reinventing the wheel

    @SkyHelpTeam I quite knew I couldn't expect any kind of support from your end. The homemove team had given me this frame 20 days ago as well. Didn't think it would take 40-45 days just to get wifi up and running in my house
