So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

The sky website just says no problems —> tells you to enter your number —> tells you there is a problem and sends you back to the start. Would be good to have a small understanding of the problem
