    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyUK how much would I be charged if I decided to cancel my existing broadband contract, even though I’ve only been a broadband customer for less than 3/4 months? The connection issues are a big problem and pretty disappointing too

    @claudelittner @SkyUK Claude. Contract or not, if they have changed tge price you can get out of it without penalty. Cancel the direct debit and get them told. I cancelled, got a better desl with virgin and sky are crying for me to come back at £35 a month for full package. Told em to do one !

    @SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Never have I read so much crap, your customer service is terrible and the programs are really poor. There is literally nothing great about your product. 2 months over been waiting to get my Q box replaced. Haven’t been able to record for 2 months

    @SkyHelpTeam I have sky q with three mini boxes. We were told we could watch up two two mini boxes at a time but it’s only allowing us to use one?The third and main box in standby but we are unable to use the two in the bedrooms at the same time? Awful when each box is £50!
