@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyUK No I’ve reset my router once again and it’s come back online. We’ve had this issue before and after a lengthy investigation we had our Sky Glass replaced. If it carries on we were advised that we may need to revert back to Sky Q.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi we had Outreach (KNIS) fit our Fibre about 6 weeks ago. In doing so they drilled through a gas pipe which has resulted in wall damage which still has only partially been put right. Where do we stand with this with regards to Sky who have a contract with Outreach?
