@SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@MartinSLewis moved house 2 weeks ago. Got fibre broadband and TV with @SkyUK. Installation date was supposed to be 21/02/23 now been pushed back to 28/03/23 due to fibre works. My partner has run out of data and I'm not far off the same. They won't do nothing to help.

Getting fed up with my @SkyUK Glass. Have to reboot it multiple times a week to get subtitles working again. This means I have to watch all the adverts twice, as I only find out its broken after they've all run, and then it makes me watch them again after rebooting.

1st world problems I know, but when you're paying for option of UHD and The Last of Us won't download from on-demand on @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam because you've switched to 3rd party broadband & the Sky engineer that came out tells you "it is what it is, just because", not good enough.

@SkyHelpTeam hey Sky. Why does my fibre internet cut out every evening between 19-19:30. Means no TV, no security for the house and can’t alter my heating etc. AND you want to charge me £5 extra from April? Give me a stable connection first please.
