    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

    Think @SkySports are lucky they’ve got ex Man Utd and Liverpool players being pundits on Live games. As they’ve literally got **** all else. Imagine how boring post game talk would be if it was anyone other than Souness/Carragher v Keane/Neville l.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

    @ganderson0509 @SkyHelpTeam Hi Gail. Still waiting for things to be fixed last time I checked. Bt openreach have said they are going out on a boat today to try and fix it, fingers crossed they do. Apparently the big thing from this is sky should have been notifying us but they haven't. Hope all is well.

    @SkyHelpTeam To all my followers please what ever you do do not trust Sky at all. Sky staff do not know what they are doing and do not call customers when they say they will. Daniel in customer retentions promised to call me on Sunday & didnt bother, waiting all day no call.

    @SkyHelpTeam 2 months without broadband, no apology from Sky and hundreds of phone calls later still no apology or recompense. Really is the worst customer service team. And I’ve PM’d you before you suggest that.
