    @SkyHelpTeam It says on my package that I have a signal booster! That was years ago and the engineer took it when I got Q installed from memory!

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam Given the last Sky employee I talked to demanded my credit card to “prove my identity “ email only. Sky don’t have my card details, never had, why would he legitimately need them? So email only.

    @peb1986 @SkyHelpTeam Check to see if anyone else has the same issue, if they do call your property manager as they will need to send an engineer for the communal system
