So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

@SkyHelpTeam I was specifically told a year ago when I signed up for sky broadband I could cancel at any point without issue. Now I’ve received an email about early termination charges. Why was I lied to to sell me broadband?
