Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@SkyHelpTeam Tried the steps and not much changed. Turns out my brother is downloading a 200GB game hence my wifi has been slow, my other brother even said his connection is slow so I don’t think it was the router. Thanks for the help anyways!
