@SkySports I'm one for criticising footballers in the top flight for the wages. But , and only that, if they open up if they have issues and not give it Billy big bollocks, then we will all have sympathy, no matter who we support. We are ALL living in a crazy time right now, so be honest .

Find it odd that since upgrading our broadband (Superfast) with Sky it's gotten worse. Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

I’d like to give a big thumbs up to @SkyUK - the bank holiday weekend has just started and my Q Hub has decided to malfunction & they cannot fix it for 2 weeks! It’s only 3 months this old! A company claiming to have modern technology but can’t solve problems for a fortnight 🙈

@SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. I know all that. I have just spent 20 minutes going through the reset process and it’s working again. Why does it keep happening? Before this new router it was rarely if ever a problem. Now it happens too often for me to complain every time on Twitter.

@SkyHelpTeam Roughly 2 weeks ago. I wasn't given a timescale for response on the form I filled in. Just a generic "One of our team will be in touch" type message. I only filled in the complaint because I was getting nowhere with getting anyone to look at the performance issues!

@SkyUK customer service is appalling, my router doesn't work 'session expired' whenever I try and save anything. Rang support, spoke to someone who sounded like they've never used a computer before, got put on hold, hung up on me. Not the first time

@SkyHelpTeam I had to call you this week and was made aware of a 6 pound charge to be able to speak to an advisor. Reluctantly I had to continue. Now this I accepted, the further charges of 18.74 I do not accept. There was no mention of additional fees. What a terrible service.
