@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

@jacquep @SkyHelpTeam I feel your pain. Had a similar problem. They eventually agreed that it was the modem. We were out of contract and agreed to upgrade. But they wouldn’t send new modem until the engineers came to make the new connection to the house. Was a nightmare getting a basic service.

@jacquep @SkyHelpTeam Do the websites resolve (try to connect) or not? If the phone is on wireless only, does it work for those websites? I suspect it might be a DNS issue. Have you rebooted the router?
