@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Great, more complex customer services to navigate. Imagine if you could just speak to a person or have an email address, how good would that be. 4 engineer visits and still no solution, very difficult customer service process. However, the sales team are very easy to contact.
