@SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

@SkySports I'm one for criticising footballers in the top flight for the wages. But , and only that, if they open up if they have issues and not give it Billy big bollocks, then we will all have sympathy, no matter who we support. We are ALL living in a crazy time right now, so be honest .

Just "upgraded" our Sky broadband package to the "Superfast" package. One problem, it isn't "Superfast", it's bloody slower than the previous package. Our line is capable of 56mb, and is meant to be set at that, but, according to my account, is only capable of 35mb @SkyHelpTeam

I’d like to give a big thumbs up to @SkyUK - the bank holiday weekend has just started and my Q Hub has decided to malfunction & they cannot fix it for 2 weeks! It’s only 3 months this old! A company claiming to have modern technology but can’t solve problems for a fortnight 🙈

Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

Find it odd that since upgrading our broadband (Superfast) with Sky it's gotten worse. Slower speeds than we were previously getting (35mb which it never hits, line is capable of 56mb, confirmed by OpenReach), and WiFi signal is dire @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I had a recent issue with my Sky Q box which is now fixed. I was given Sky Cinema for one month while my channels weren’t working. I appreciate this but I am not waiting 45 minutes on the phone to now remove it from my account. Please assist.

@SkyHelpTeam hello! Our sky box and mini are CONSTANTLY loosing internet connection for the last 2 week; is there an issue. Internet signal is fine for every other device in the house so this is not the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Its all devices it affects. On the modem the wifi light turns orange, and the internet light goes out completely. Its only since Ive upgraded to 500mb broadband that ive started having trouble. Even when my son or husband play online gaming it can become quite laggy

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve got a solid ubiquiti setup Hardwired all my devices Separate network dedicated to sky with unlimited bandwidth - your advisors telling me it should be a 3 second delay. This device is hardly fit for purpose and I hope you can resolve it.
