@SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks. Enormous confusion at Sky as 2 separate calls failed to give me the answer you gave! So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

@SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried them steps but won't allow me to log in to book an engineer. Also on the My Sky or Help page it says "Sorry because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we are working hard to fix the problem" any clues?

@Gooners_EIE @SkySports It's laughable now, the minute you don't base something on "best talent" and focus on "tick the box" instead, it's had it, gone. The current line up is an embarrassment to broadcast, some of them can just about speak, still, the PC police are happy. Trouble is, Stelling is NOT.

@SkyHelpTeam hi is there an outage in LL18? had no internet for 31 hours. it came on about 30 mins ago, my skyQ box asked me to restart my router so it could connect, did that and now internet is off again.
