@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam broadband is down since last night, you won’t send a ‘free’ engineer till Mon though weekend slots are available! This is really really poor! You are charging customers to arrange engineer to fix YOUR problem? Also no visit can be booked as your systems are down!?
