    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a problem with broadband in SG9? Connection keeps coming and going, run tests and it says there’s no problem. Keeps happening, getting to the point where we’re thinking of changing ISP

    @SkyHelpTeam I am trying to follow the step. It's getting me no where. I end up watching every thing on my tablet.which shows, WiFi is not a problem. It's technical.

    @SkyHelpTeam I took delivery of a Sky puck yesterday and frankly it’s not fit for purpose. Reset umpteen times and it doesn’t work. Thankfully I only chose 31 day contract. How do I cancel? Who do I email or ring? Back to my trusty Apple TV.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s the most disgusting level of service I’ve ever known and after logging a complaint back in September, have heard nothing. After a failed home move, that left us £££ out of pocket and heartbroken you failing to sort this out has affected my #mentalhealth
