    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @SkySports Yes absolutely we’ll done for their continued dialogue BUT this should have never been necessary. Yes the club have done the right thing but only after the uproar! What cannot be undone is the original decision and the thought process that led them to make it in the first place!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky outage looks like a DNS issue. I changed the DNS settings on my phone and PC to Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and all working now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Could you have not emailed or text your customers. Spent hours this afternoon trying to work out why the WiFi is not working after not having internet to the sky Q box for a week after a software update that your engineers where aware of but not your support!
