    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just £4 cheaper? It’s ridiculous. I’m now on hold to cancel my sky sub totally. That’s £86 per month, which doesn’t matter, but hopefully more and more follow me. This will equal job losses etc. So many viewing options nowadays sky are in trouble with inflexibility like this

    @SkyUK got sold your sky glass… it’s pretty poor! Tele is good but the new layout is hard work, doesn’t make it easy to find programmes you have started watching, it doesn’t save programmes but whole series! And the new wi-fi you out us on is terrible! Always losing signal 👎🏼👎🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently it was the network team who I have to wait to contact me. The person I spoke to couldn’t make an appointment with Openreach. Does this sound right?

    @SkyHelpTeam I already had an engineer that found the problem and fixed it temporarily and said if it happens again to call I’m paying you 65 pounds with no service provided I’m gonna escalate my complaint to the ombudsman and I’m taking this to fca as well I had enough !
