    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @SkyUK why is my Internet down. The power's on the #SkyQBox and having the normal TV however on the #SkyRouterbox its saying power's (Green) but ( internet/Wifi) Red ???? I've even taken all the wires out switched sockets on and off and still same results!!. GET IT FIXED!!

    @SkyUK Don't trust Sky, I signed up a couple of months ago for 18 months assuming the £23 pm would remain for the contract, just increase to £27pm & no doubt add even more next year. Also broadband speeds & WiFi in the house is terrible & there is nothing they can do to fix it.

    @SkyHelpTeam looking at ordering a sky mobile with you as we are already Broadband/tv customer. But when selecting plan/device etc and then going to next page it’s just coming up with technical error please refresh page? Can’t get through to final page to checkout the order

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam agreed a contract this January for broadband at £20 per mth. Just been told its now going up to £24. A 20% increase! Rung #sky and they won't negotiate. Now have 30 days to find another supplier. Why do sky treat their customers so badly @MartinSLewis

    @SkyUK you have stolen money out of my bank account. I took a subscription but cxn after 2 days yet you have still taken the money. I have called today and told I need to wait to get the money back. This is not good enough. I wanted to make a complaint but was told I can't
