@SkyHelpTeam So the the Sky Engineer has been and gone. Good news - sky news box working. Bad news - it would not work using WiFi. It is set up wired (lucky I the facility to do this). Also it is set up using the new router Id which I'm not using;still using the old router. Far from ideal.

@SkyHelpTeam @sian92936707 No broadband for 2nd evening in Blackpool because of apparent outage but no explanation & apologies. Increase the price in April and give you no provisions. Reason to switch to Virgin in mass is reasonable to expect for all Sky providers. Outage is happening over UK too regularly
