    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    @SkySports Yes absolutely we’ll done for their continued dialogue BUT this should have never been necessary. Yes the club have done the right thing but only after the uproar! What cannot be undone is the original decision and the thought process that led them to make it in the first place!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Have done all that and have an engineer booked for Thursday (ridiculous when lots of people are working from home). Same issue as multiple people in the area. Seems a bit odd for it all to be in home issues! This after the mass outages just over a week ago too!

    @SkyHelpTeam I appreciate that thankyou. Poor tenants again suffering through no fault of their own. Landlords couldn't care less. And you say it is out of your control but you are the service provider, account holder or not you are being paid to provide a service and are failing to do so.
