When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I got a got from a member of Sky today. Firstly, I find it unprofessional to be addressed as mate during the call & secondly when I said I was potentially looking to end my contract he then just hung up. This isn’t the level of customer service I expect from Sky.
