@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

@GozraKris @SkySports Pretty sure nearly every attacking player goes down easy these days and it’s a lot to do with the officials because you’re not going to get a foul by trying to stay on your feet.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks but as per my last message I've already tried doing all that and when trying to load the app get the error screen that has been posted by others. Given the number of people who seem to have developed the problem at the same time it suggests a problem with the app.
