@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

@SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

@SkyHelpTeam My Dad contact BTSport about the purchase to try and cancel it to stop him being charged but BT Sport told him because he is NO Longer a BT customer they can’t charge his account for the Fight and that would have to be done by SkyUK
