@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

I feel for them but they should be better informed, and tweeting vague **** and turning off replies is not helpful. @SkyHelpTeam
