    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I found the option to upgrade via the box, but £50 just to swap to a newer version?!?! You even want £25 for me to downgrade to a 1tb box?! Surely a customer of many years deserves a free upgrade? (Not even an upgrade really as it’s a standard feature nowadays!)
