    @SkyHelpTeam It says 17Mbps. However, I've been checking my internet speed over the past c. 2wks - especially at night when it slows down and videos buffer quite considerably. At no point have I recorded a download speed of 17Mbps: the readings have always come back as slow or very slow

    When I phoned the premium rate number it took me to @SkyUK she had a problem with her sky box and the number she got to call them on was an 090 number charging her £65 for 18 mins. From where I sit @SkyUK and @Plusnet are either incompetent or complicit in this and not looking

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, been having problems all day with my connection dropping. It comes back within a few minutes, but then often drops again within between 5 to 30 minutes. Your service page shows no issues, but judging by the number of tweets about this there must be something.
