    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

    @BellaCHO72 Ive updated my package coming out to upgrade wifi plus new uhd box etc adding all skysports as new contract was on offer , no pub option kinda forced the issue 😂

    @SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    Basic Tv package £28 Landline & very slow broadband £38 £66 a month I don't even use the landline!! Think its time to think about migrating from @SkyHelpTeam #Overpriced

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    .@skyuk @skyhelpteam I've also exported the DM conversation promising an escalation of the case for @cisasuk to peruse. Complete failure at every turn. I have the exact date, time, length of conversations etc with staff on phones. The evidence mounts. Never mind, good luck!

    @SkyHelpTeam The link just takes me to your virtual assistant and after endless questions and going around in circles as all it wants me to do is sign in, I gave up. All I want to know is what broadband speed you are able to offer at the house I want to buy. Gigaclear offer 200mbps. Sky???
