Now received a message saying engineer will do work outside but won’t come in to the home. Can you help or advise?

But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm
