@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@SkyHelpTeam I had a problem with my broadband a few weeks back and was promised that my next bill would be refunded due to speeds being slower than usual and having a complete drop out from internet access and I’ve just inspected my bill and it’s still dying the full price?
