    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

    Basic Tv package £28 Landline & very slow broadband £38 £66 a month I don't even use the landline!! Think its time to think about migrating from @SkyHelpTeam #Overpriced

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    @BellaCHO72 Ive updated my package coming out to upgrade wifi plus new uhd box etc adding all skysports as new contract was on offer , no pub option kinda forced the issue 😂

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've run lots of line tests today. Still down, although outage from 09.50 this morning registered. We lost Internet before then (approx 04.30). I guess it's just a waiting game!

    @ClaireandFreyja @sianwilliams100 @SkyUK 2/2 3. Mum's GP emailing to say we can collect a dementia support booklet from the surgery, I replied to say thanks but no longer relevant, she's died. A few weeks later another email inviting us to the dementia café for a support session. Nope, still not relevant!

    @SkyHelpTeam can the help team on here help more then on the phone?. The help team on the phone are obviously just looking at the same info that I’m able to look at myself. Everyday for the past week I’m told my order is delayed and it will arrive tomorrow.Can I cancel my order?
