But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?
