Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

@SkyHelpTeam My SkyQ box doesn’t work on live sport channels. It says no satellite signal, but is working on all other channels including non live sports events. There’s no issue with weather or line of site, and the box settings are telling me the signal ok

Think @SkySports are lucky they’ve got ex Man Utd and Liverpool players being pundits on Live games. As they’ve literally got **** all else. Imagine how boring post game talk would be if it was anyone other than Souness/Carragher v Keane/Neville l.

@SkyHelpTeam I contacted the team and a very helpful representative worked through my problem before sending it off to the app team for expert advice. This was 9 days ago and they failed to contact me (48 hours stated). It seems sky just go quiet to difficult problems? My sky go is broken!

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q box tries to download catchup or on-demand, progresses no further than 0% and then says network failure (I’ll try and get the exact message). But if I force traffic from my Sky Q box thru a VPN, I have zero issues downloading content.
