@SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

@SkyHelpTeam I’m at my absolute wits end with this ‘Superfast’ Broadband... that I’m paying an extra £26 a month for! My download speed peaks at 20mbps on a good day and the WiFi signal is absolutely abysmal... I’m trying to work from home (a two bed FLAT) and it’s impossible!
