    @SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

    @SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

    @SkyUK Why am I still waiting an hour after Kieran in your technical team promised to call me to assist with my broadband - and this was in response to a complaint !!! Very pee-poor customer service which you wouldn't get with a competitor !!!! Swift action now required please !

    @TalkTalk that could help me but hurrah for @SkyUK while I was waiting over an hour to sort it out. Sky contacted TT and now sorted. @TalkTalk nothing but issues recommend to steer clear!

    @SkyUK you fitted ultrafast BB today, already it isn’t working and trying to call I get an auto message check which confirms there’s and issue, gives me wrong advice and eventually cuts me off! Sort this out now and contact me ASAP! Regretting my decision.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Now making my 15th call to report broadband not working in 2 years Had a BT engineer booked for today (8th engineer) who never arrived and just found out it wasn’t booked by SKY Now on phone going through it all AGAIN sky love charging me for ‘superfast broadband’ @Ofcom

    @SkyUK your complaints department is shocking and will be referring my complaint to Ofcom. I want to change my bank details, since 30th sept, yet still nothing. A couple of emails saying you have tried to contact me but cant get hold if me. Simple request!
