@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@SkyUK we have been a customer of yours for 5 months, upgraded our internet with you, got a mesh system, yet we still have WiFi issues. We have spent an hour a week (20+ hours) with your Customer Service team doing resets. I need WiFi for work! What can you do as this can’t go on

@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

@SkyHelpTeam Trying to renew my sky broadband contract via the website, and to see if there are any new deals, and it just keeps looping me back. I sign in, click the review, asks me to check the area.. then to log in, and back and repeat. Can I get some help here?
