My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years ..
