    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have been waiting for a Sky engineer from 8am to 5pm, and nobody has shown up. Spoken to customer services and they have said won’t be able to install until the new year. I’m a new sky customer, what an appalling service. How will this be sorted?

    Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

    @SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

    @SkyHelpTeam over 2 weeks to transfer a broadband connection when moving house! That’s a joke! We live in a post covid world where people work from home and school from home now! How is over 2 week wait acceptable? Time to change providers! Piss poor service AGAIN!

    @SkyUK Your UX is a mess. "Unexpected Error" followed by "Bad Request 500 Error". Continuously clicking to select a product only to end up back where I started in a never ending loop. Why make it so hard to buy?

    @SkyHelpTeam Had text yesterday to say broadband activated. Just received email from BT saying I’ve asked to change my broadband package with them starting on 22 April. I have not. Had email from BT saying phone line stopped, but not broadband yet. Sky did cancel this for me?
