@SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

@SkyHelpTeam getting severe audio drop in and outs on Disney + app on #skyq, live TV is fine but did drop earlier in the day, Netflix app also suffering but not as bad as Disney+! Tested on all audio settings normal and Dolby and slightly better with normal but still drops

@RegioNJosh @SkyUK I have heard Sky is **** to be fair. I'm on Talk Talk, they're OK. But I live very close to the Talk Talk main hub and the box like 2 houses down and only get 60mb. Not bad bust still not great for location

@SkyHelpTeam But I have tried every online way of fixing it, nothing worked, it was working fine until tbis afternoon. This is 100% on your side and it is not being fixed so I will not be paying a penny for the service. You need to look into it and fix it for me now
