    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @timblazey @SkyUK @Ofcom I had problems with sky internet being slow. It improved using the old, non sky modem, but have since moved.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely DISCUSSING!! I’ve been a customer for 15 years and never missed a payment, you will not let me talk to a person or let me cancel my TV!! 😡 I will be cancelling my Direct Debits because I AM NOT paying for a tv service that I do not recieve

    @SkyHelpTeam So I'm a Sky TV Broadband customer, I'm missing World Cup matches because my my Sky service is miserable, missing channels, No ITV, No TPTV, No Horror Channel, this list is growing, contacted neighbours they have no issues. I'm close to cancelling my DD.

    @SkyHelpTeam I got charged £60 to cancel down some of my TV package. An issue at your end and I’m now being asked to make another payment of £60 which will be “credited” to my account in January?!? So I’d be out of pocket £120 ahead of Christmas whilst you throw “credits” around.

    @SkyHelpTeam Does anyone at sky have any correct information- I’ve just spoken to your cancellation department- they have assured me it’s next day delivery but they have also said that for some reason the card was never ordered- so now which one of you do I believe
