@SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps losing connection. I follow all the procedures; I’ve reset my hub, taken out cables & reinserted them, turned hub off and on again. Follow steps for broadband tests/MySky, all useless. No issues in my local area according to my Sky 😡 Please help!

Sky q mini box. The worst @SkyUK invention for multi room ever. The main box goes off and so thes the mini box, it looses signal to the main box, to the internet. What a pile of crap especially for the ridiculous amount @SkyUK charge 😡

@Robin_JTodd @wheeleyd05 @SkyUK When a nice 4K copy is available to buy or rent on iTunes I will gladly pay for it. Just not a fan of companies like Sky playing the monopoly..and I get it as Sky is in trouble losing customers due to streaming like Netflix but unless ur really into football it’s very expensive
