    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I had a load of issues over a year ago with latest sky q boxes and Bt Wi-Fi mesh discs - boxes kept freezing and getting overly warm. I had to cancel membership. Has this issue been resolved yet?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam My initial order is late in being delivered decided to check on it myself only to be told no it won't be through until January. Phoned and complained reference number available. Email received with complaint then next email saying complaint is now closed.

    @SkyUK we have been trying to sort out our issue with being able to download programmes for months. We have told you it is an issue with the adverts yet still not sorted. Are we entitled to a refund ? as your service is NOT working as it should.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disgraceful service. Complaint system is shocking open ticket then closed ticket almost immediately. Lots of disappointed people on Xmas when are you going to inform the public their ordered goods aren't going to actually arrive before Xmas?

    @SkyHelpTeam The solution I got online was to replace the box but there are no problems with the box fault wise, I just do not know how to reconnect it to our new router. I'm guessing this is why it's not coming up on the tv
