    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyHelpTeam Once again have no internet connection on my sky q box. Only had a new box in May for the same reason. Have tried phoning and keep getting over 1/2 hour wait to speak to someone. Awful service. Can someone please answer me and contact me

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyUK Once again, Sky has failed us in not releasing Aquaman in Dolby Atmos format! After promises of Dolby Atmos movie releases, Sky has let down clients; rather than providing this much wanted format, unlike Netflix & Primetime, it puts it's resources in gimmicks! Disgraceful

    Quick update: I telephoned @SkyUK and was placed on hold by an agent for over 40 minutes. I will give it another try tomorrow. I hope they treat their customers better than this! #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I am very dissatisfied with your response. This has been a very negative experience. I will be escalating this to your complaints team. All I want is to watch Dexter on a Friday night. I feel I have been unfairly treated and undervalued as a customer.
