    So it seems as though when you give @SkyUK notice you want to cancel their broadband service in 31 days as per their conditions. They’ll just cut your off without warning after 5 days… Honestly sick of all telecoms providers, customer service is their last concern if at all

    Hey @SkyUK Why is my on demand not working? When I try to download I get a message stating "Failed". This is starting to get on my nerves. Perhaps your payment will also soon be "failed". Not happy. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. Thanks very much for the reply. So the engineers will come and install the dish outside. How is skyq going to work if the cables to the skyq box are not installed? Would I be charged my monthly payment, even though it was not working? Is skyq connected via wifi?
