    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    @SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

    @SkyHelpTeam morning. Can you assist with Sky q box losing connectivity. Goes out least twice a day where the Apps (Netflix etc )stop working. The Home Screen confirms no broadband connected. Have sky broadband which is usually still available when box goes down.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MarcSaville Well now because of the problem I’ve used up all of my data on my phone!! I will have to buy more data as it’s reset on the 14th of each month. Maybe Sky can pay for that?
