I’ve recently installed a mini box and daily I am having to reconnect the broadband to both boxes! Help please.

So I guess today is day 8

Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was
