@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

@SkyHelpTeam been waiting for you to arrange for Openreach to reconnect my broadband/for 7 days. No response from your customer service team. On hold for 45 minutes. Been a VIP customer for 25 years and have paid you £30k fees. This is how you treat me. Awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

@SkyHelpTeam I had the call, @SkyUK are happy to charge a premium for not being in contract, but not provide the service they would if you were in contract….for a BB line that doesn’t meet USO. The line is now in “special measures” …payback for 4 years of paying a premium? To be continued…
