    @SkyHelpTeam why is the ITV channel dropping it's signal, when all other channels including ITVHub are fine? Long standing unexceptional service, get it fixed or refund.

    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    @SkyUK how come we have access to ITV Catchup but not to ITV HUB where we could actually get a REAL catch up of backdated programmes like are available on other device to be streamed? Do I have to cancel subscription and switch to BT TV?

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam trying to watch boxing on my laptop. Internet connection is fine, other streaming services perfect pic quality, Sky Sport Box Office is pixelated and blurry. have had this issue each time I pay and it's so annoying. Hard to enjoy and feel ripped off. Any resolution?
