    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, yes i booked an engineer via the app as it says it's a problem outside my home. I spoke with someone earlier in the week and they said openreach were due to fix the problem yesterday and I should receive a call but no-one did and problem is still there. App still shows TBC

Remember this hasn’t become an issue because the person he wrote to took great offence (as far as I’m aware they didn’t anyway, it was a friend by the sound of it), it’s because others who read the message publicly found it offensive..
