    @goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

    @SkyHelpTeam Shocked to discover my elderly/infirm in-laws being charged £138.50pm. During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to £90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted with sky home move team Called to cancel sky and put back through to the home move to be told nothing can be done. No TV or broadband for 17 days. I will be calling today to cancel sky!

    Had sky broadband 2 weeks and I reckon its only worked for awhole day about twice. Working from home, paying 45 quid for broadband that doesn’t work is an absolute joke 😡so frustrated @SkyHelpTeam its beyond a joke now please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Will do. Appreciate it. Just a thought: In this day and age when there’s an app for everything, and I can text my energy supplier, maybe a 5 step process just to get a phone number and call someone up isn’t the best customer experience. I mean, Sky already know I have a problem.
