So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

Only Sky Broadband could monumentally f*ck up when you’re switching from them. Cut me off before new provider was activated and now there’s a problem with the exchange so no WiFi for a at least 2 days 😒 @SkyHelpTeam
