    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely sick to the back teeth of SKY Q I am on my 3rd box in 3 years and at the third one keeps faulting with the hard drive and wiping everything. Utter crap. My old hd box was years old and worked perfectly!! Very unhappy

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been remote working from home. Several times a day the internet connection disappears. I’ve done the usual troubleshooting ie reboot laptop, reboot router, internet speed tests. Always showing really slow. It’s appalling. It’s only myself using the internet.

    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyHelpTeam are there issues with sky stream to a puck at this time. My father is using the system but as soon as he selects a channel the screen goes black and remains that way.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have escalated this to Sky Complaints and they have been appalled at wait time and doing all they possibly can to help. First available slot is not good enough according to them so at least they have been helpful

    Ready to throw a table over after 30 pointless minutes on phone to @SkyHelpTeam and 6 weeks of my broadband not working properly. They keep saying it's going to be fixed and guess what? It never is. And furthermore, they can't compensate me in anyway because... it's never fixed.

    @TheUtdArchive @SkySports Let me clarify the issue we have in midfield. Our CDMs, most especially, are almost never included in buildup plays from the back. For long have we yearned for a CDM who drops down deep and creates an opening for a pass from the defenders; involving himself in the buildup.
