So I ring @SkyUK on their Customer care line 03337591018 at 12.55 today and after the usual computer generated questions to identify I wanted 2 speak with someone about broadband recorded message stating that dept only open 8.30am to 9pm 7 days a week ! So I guess today is day 8

@SkyHelpTeam severe outage in my area. I work from home and rely on the sky service I pay for to be able to do my job. Not happy at all. I can’t really say to my employer, sorry I can’t work today my internet is down.
