BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

During a lengthy call, I reduced the bill to ยฃ90 by removing services they have never used. I dread to think how many years they have been paying over the odds. Happy to discuss this issue.
