@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

There is something about @SkyHelpTeam and 02 network that is utter ****. People on 02 say it’s great but Sky which uses 02 is awful coverage. Not just in UK, currently roaming - in T-Mobile/orange areas it’s been great, in O2 areas in Europe awful coverage like at home, why Sky?

@ChrisHollis999 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv That’s the other thing, we use sky broadband, rural so it’s slow as. 5 months ago they tried doubling the price of our tariff, I kicked off and they actually lowered it. Now it’s going back up again, unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, The line test says it’s all working- speed keeps dropping way down- & if I’m downloading something while someone is streaming the video freezes. Last time we had a technician he said there were thousands of faults registered at the exchange, maybe it’s happened again.
