    @cornelius_mark @SkyHelpTeam @primevideosport It's due to the issues with the Sky Channels on BT's TV Platform. BT and Plusnet will be using the Now TV platform for the Sky Channels, but BT want them in HD and recordable via the TV guide. Sky engineers are having to sort it out because it's a sky software issue with Youview.

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam. I've had a whole day wasted waiting for an engineer to come and check my landline. Time given was between 8am & 1pm. Line still not working. And on the App says still in progress. No contact at all from @SkyHelpTeam . Not impressed.

    @SkyUK you guys are absolutely the worst broadband service ever!!! As a first time customer I paid for a sky broadband and TV box since first week of November .. I have been debited and up till now I haven't received my broadband nor have my WiFi set up! Cancel my contract now!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I got Sky Glass recently and I'm having some issues with it. I've been streaming a show, and when it gets to the adverts for some reason it starts to loop. Every. Damn. Time. I try to fast forward, but that doesn't help unless I hit x30 and then I end up missing bits
