@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyUK I've been trying to downgrade as my bills are going up every month & I got a letter last month to say if I stY with sky I will save £280 in the next twelve months which is a saving of £23 amonth so why has my bill gone up £10 amonth??? I'm going to cancel & go with BT

@therandomuncle @SkySports Isn't this the 1st race where merc is actually slower? And even so, if you compare it to RedBull, Bottas was pretty much on the same pace as Max. How on earth can the car that was 30 seconds ahead last race, suddenly be slow 2 weeks later?
