    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK when I cancelled my sky package, I was told if I was going to get broadband with another provider I should not cancel as it gets moved over. I now have a new provider but sky has not been cancelled and I have been charged this month
