@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam No - I'm not having issues with broadband. Broadband is not with Sky and our WiFi is functioning fine. It is the Sky Q box that keeps cutting itself off the WiFi and hasn't been seeing the 5GHz band - Sky refused to look at it 9 months ago because of COVID!!!

@SkyHelpTeam My sky go now says connect to Sky Q which I don’t have. Your help page says sky go does not work with Sky+ it worked fine a couple of weeks ago, but now doesn’t!

I am without TV for a week. No satellite signal and @SkyHelpTeam cannot so anything until next week Friday. I did have my recordings but they have now gone after the woman I spoke to did something and they disappeared. Not happy...
