    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    @skytv have confirmed that there is a billing error on my account. Get one number to call but they can’t help so get given another number to call which no doubt will be another queue to sit in. You’d think they could take the initiative to call me to sort. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam my Internet has been intermittent and slow for the past few weeks. I've been with Sky Broadband for the majority of the past 10 years and never had problems with it. If it can't be resolved I'll have to switch supplier, please advise what the issue is?

    @SkyHelpTeam Fix the issues in Colchester, what have you done to make the speeds go so poor all of a sudden? I am getting frustrated, how am I meant to game with my friends if I am get 5 thousand ping every 20 seconds, before I would have good internet now I have VERY POOR WIFI.
