    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve made 7 phone calls over the last week and finally ‘Francis’ has made sense of a bad situation ... I’m not overly confident and, as a loyal customer, hugely disappointed... if there’s anyway of tracing ‘Scottish Francis’ - the guy deserves a gold star or donut 🍩

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK hi, I'm currently having problems with the WiFi, im supposed to be guaranteed 60+gbps in every room but average between 10 and 20 plus whenever trying to watch anything the quality is affected and there's constant stuttering.

    Why does the skybox mini have passive cooling and no way to really disperse the heat? there are no vents and the current heat sink is not good enough. There could be vents on the top/side/back to help or a bigger heat sink across the top if vents ruin the design. why????? @SkyUK

    @TonyBri05521161 @SkyUK Thanks Tony. Due to receive replacement router through the post tomorrow & have a 14 day cooling off period so I will test out the service thoroughly! BT WiFi was terrible for me, which was one of the reasons for the switch.. maybe it’s the house rather than the provider! 🙈
