I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated
