    @SkyHelpTeam … I’ve been told my delivery is expected “tomorrow” for the past 4 days…each time they say there is communication issues…could someone just send the delivery?! I’ll give you the stamp?

    @SkyHelpTeam Called on Thursday, sky engineer James apparently sorted out my Paramount+ account. Said it would start working after 4 hours. Still not working 🤦

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    On the phone to @SkyUK to renew my package with them. So far, been cut off twice and not put through to the department we really need to speak to. On hold again now. This is what Sky Diamond VIP service looks like.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don't understand how there isn't any emergency slots for when situations like this happen because it seems new costumers take priority over existing costumers. This is seriously effecting my work and pay and you can't do anything about it to help.
