    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @tina0402x @SkyUK VirginMedia are good when you’re a new customer, I’ve been with them since they took over NTL but once your contract is up, that’s when it turns into a nightmare. They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.

They’ll be here for 5 years but after the 5 years their value will go down compared to when they sign their 17 year olds from Brazil and Argentina, sign for 5mil value goes up at least 5x

    Why on earth do @SkySports make it so damn hard to watch a live @SuperLeague game?? You’re showing highlights of games from last season on Sky Sports Action whilst hiding today’s live game away on red button! It’s truly pathetic! Either cover it properly or give it up!
