    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam @natltay Is Sky that thick? Numerous people complaining in the Malvern/Worcester/Hereford area. At what point does sky go “Hmm I think this may need investigating” instead of wasting peoples time getting them to chat with tech. Literally the worst customer experience ever.

    Not pleased with the level of service from @SkyUK and their service partner @bt_uk. BT openreach came Monday to connect new service, couldn't complete the job and no additional job raised until I chased 4 days later. Still no service and like many, I need it to work from home.
