@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for that. It’s been down for hours so yes there is definitely a problem in our area. I haven’t got enough signal on my phone to check online as I don’t have WiFi 🙄 by the looks of it, it’s another nationwide issue for SKY!!! Impossible to WFH with no broadband!
