@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam can’t get any help on the phone. My bill has tripled and I can’t talk to anyone until I pay £180, my bill is usually £33. This isn’t on at all, I can see why people are using IPTV more and more

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkyHelpTeam Your #SkyVIP commercials are so annoying- surprised that after 28years of being a Sky Customer being a VIP member meant I was getting a free movie rental ( big deal ) Think your commercials with Emilia Fox and Idris Elba are so very misleading ......

@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

@SkyUK I’m so glad I’m changing my internet provider. Because Sky internet has to be the worst I have ever had! I have no big devices on my WiFi, and I can’t even FaceTime family off it and have to use my Data from my mobile phone! Even my Multi-Room doesn’t work! #sortitout
