    @SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

    @SkyHelpTeam Constant issue. All other apps work. Both mine and my wife’s iPads same issues. SkyGo hardly works anywhere, SkyQ a disaster.

    Can you still complain on here and companies wade in and go "hang on a second, how can I help you?" Because Sky are bloody hopeless in trying to get basic stuff sorted. Inclined to say getting rid of a chunk of the customer service team probably isn't helping. @SkyHelpTeam
