    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything offered online to connect my sky+ to broadband so we can have on demand. What else can I do? The other week the broadband signal was poor, that’s got slightly better, now this. Getting a bit fed up with the whole set up.

    @BiggerKoch @SkySports A no lá.. He buried the knee into his back!.. Free kick all day every day.. Leaving out the teams we support.. In all fairness we would expect a pen every time that happens.. Every time.. Out of the pen area that's given every day of the week.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you be more specific on the issue please? Half my devices are working fine (eg router hard wired to TV), all Apple devices (connected via WiFi have issues). Can you provide any insight here?
