@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with my mums sky broadband and talk. Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

@SkyNews @SkyUK @comcast Rip off!!!!! Not only a ridiculously overpriced monthly package but also a monthly fee for the tv too £13 a month for 4 years so what happens if sky up their packages to say £200 a month and u cancel, u still have to pay for a tv u only had to watch sky on??

@SkyUK no thanks, rather have a netflix/disney+/Prime type service than having to buy a box, I'm a sky customer, but prices are now so high compared to other services I think I'll probably cancel, and you've lost the main channel I joined for FX!!!! So the stuff I watch is online now!
