Her broadband is working fine and she can dial out on her phone no issues. However she's not receiving calls from anyone other than my sky mobile number. Also your records show her broadband & talk as not activated

Mate your customer service even tried offering me a TV package for less than half price... only to be messed about for a month and then told the engineers won't but a dish on a 3 story building and I can't get it :) and no alternative compensation offered.

At this point I feel like I'll just be calling a lawyer or omnibudsman as for 2 and a half years now I've had awful service from both sky's Internet Internet their customer service team are fowl. People lie to you and hang up on you. Awful company
