    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Liam, is there any further information for SG8 at all? I phoned earlier with little information available, other than it could take 2 days. It’s been down since around 9am and is still not back up. The online service checker is still showing the same “couple of hours” message

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam … I’ve been told my delivery is expected “tomorrow” for the past 4 days…each time they say there is communication issues…could someone just send the delivery?! I’ll give you the stamp?

    @SkyHelpTeam can i take your hardworking engineers in Walkden failed and went home? Poor! Failing to update, especially when the problem persists is worse than the original issue. Problems happen and may be out of your control. Updating customers is in your control. You failed!
