@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky+ apps have stopped working fully on both of my android devices (phone and tablet). No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

@SkyUK Such an outdated way of doing things still, time to move with the times and bring in a true sky streaming service. No one wants to be tied into 18 month contracts and constant price hikes anymore, sky glass (basically renting a TV) is such an early 90's concept, so out of touch

@revdenoodles @SkyUK Ah, that's good of you. I think you are right and I need it for the lock to their equipment. The most recent requirement is that the hub cannot be plugged into a mains extension cable but the socket on the wall. I shall be very surprised if that was the source of problem.

I don’t want footie to become a non contact sport - a few more weeks of refs rightly letting those flops go, as they’ve mostly done so far (except for Chelsea yday and United today) and they’d stop.
