@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkyHelpTeam Our Hub has just popped and given out a burning smell. Can't get through on any numbers as the automatic answer service just directs to the useless website we've already checked and then hangs up. Pls contact ASAP to arrange a replacement hub.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the default support response. Sadly none of the troubleshoots fix the issue. This is a repetitive problem we’ve faced for two years, when our communal sky dish faces the slightest bit of winter weather and all HD channels fail. There hasn’t been a permanent fix 😔
