No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.
