@legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkyUK customer service is quite impressively bad. Engineer doesn't turn up and then get dumped from one call queue to another. 90 minutes in and no further forward.

@SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

@SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

@SkyHelpTeam Probably had glass 3 months now. Had issues setting up but got that sorted. These freezing issues have always been there since having the tv. Tried wifi. Tried ethernet. Tried some advice in forums. Nothing has taken the issues away.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura, We follow this each time it happens but it never finds a fault. It's all mobile phones that do it, so I can't see that it would be an issue with our phones as it's not just one doing it. We maintain WiFi connection but phones say 'connected without internet'.
