I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

No TV Guide, Search, Movies, Catch up etc The only function that works is the connection to the planner on my Sky box. Is this a problem that you are aware of and how do I fix?

Call and told to pay £40 for something not my fault. Been with you nearly 12 years, still have no TV as I'm not paying. Was told a manger would call
