I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

Your agent put me back into contract without my consent and now you want £300 for me to leave after he said I would not have to pay to leave. Who can I speak to who won't hang up on me about this.
