@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@SkyHelpTeam I have had poor reception or no reception to my sky Q service since the middle of June and I’m now fed up with it. I keep rebooting my box and it’s still not giving a proper picture. The tv says I’ve got a good connection but the tv stations say the opposite.

No more @premierleague fixtures for me, I do not go very often, but never again. Looks like I will be visiting @theposhofficial & controversially @CambridgeUtdFC along with our local teams for my football fix. @SkySports cancelled, WTF are the clubs and players up to! #Disgrace

@SkyUK the most stressful, experience ever. New iPhone 17 ordered not received. 6 phone calls, 6 hours on the phone, 2x complaint letters, 8 days later, no response, very rude gentleman on phone just now. I’m a Customer of 21 years. Pay £350 a month I pay. Absolutely disgraceful.

I’ve been inactive today because @SkyUK (the broadband company) are useless and despite us saying we wanted our service cancelled on 16th January (as we’re moving countries), they cancelled it yesterday so that means we have no internet, TV or service for a month 🤡
