Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

@SkySportsF1 @SkySports Appreciate the effort in providing UK comms for #IndyCar but today the sound balance was so uneven that I had to turn down the volume every time your guy came booming in. Which was a lot because of the frequency of US ad breaks! Distracting.
