Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

@SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

@SkyHelpTeam is there a setting on the q mini boxes to to as annoying as possible and need constant resetting as they “can’t connect to skyq” that every other device can access and will connect to the main skyq box via sky go? Tempted to cancel the multi room and use a laptop

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah and have you forgotten about the buffer on skygo on a pc and the solution from sky is disconnect the SkyQ box and no buffer but then half of the TV go off when you disconnected that's not fixed that's swapping a bug for a different bug
