@SkyHelpTeam You've got to know that Sky Glass is a considerable step down from Sky Q. There's different but not better functionality, but crucially you don't record anything and so it will mostly be lost if you don't watch it in time.

@SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so it’s causing a few issues

@SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

@SkyHelpTeam Got the email about my "VIP rewards". 20 years a customer. Paying €130 a month just for TV and my rewards consist of "Enter here for a chance to win...". Pathetic service. No wonder everyone is moving over to dodgy boxes. This will be my last month.

@SkyHelpTeam why can’t you accept you have a software or hardware issue with your system. A box goes into standby mode and fan comes on, box freezes. I’ve just spoke to customer services who say they can’t do anything about it. Unacceptable for what you charge monthly

@SkyHelpTeam @_ActionPhotos I don't believe it has anything to do with power or networking, but some sort of signal or software update fault. It can't be the boxes. Something is telling the box to go into standby and then overheat, to which the box becomes unresponsive.
