    @SkySports you are a bunch of con artists. There is now a pattern forming, so as soon as you reach your direct debt date guess what the technical problems all of a sudden disappears because they have another months money I will be leaving sky completely as soon as I can *****

    @SkyHelpTeam outrageous customer service today. Spoke to Jordan on your live chat service. Waited 80 mins to get someone available. 3 mins in he says that he's due his lunch break & is off for 30mins!!! Unacceptable. I will be making a formal complaint & leaving Sky 👋

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @legendkiller2k8 @SkySportsPL but you have to request it and most I know say it doesn't work. They should pause it for every sports channel automatically. Customers shouldn't have to request it. Come on @SkyUK many firms helping out.

    Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

    @SkyHelpTeam It does, when entering my home number it says there is an issue regarding upgrades, my neighbour ( with sky) has the same issue so i believe its not isolated. But upgrades should have been completed by now according to sky service status

    @SkyHelpTeam I want to talk to someone about my broadband. I don’t want go over steps I have check lots of times. I just want to talk about it . None of your numbers give me that option . I have just cancelled TV . I will cancel broadband if you don’t resolve it
