    @SkyHelpTeam You've got to know that Sky Glass is a considerable step down from Sky Q. There's different but not better functionality, but crucially you don't record anything and so it will mostly be lost if you don't watch it in time.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so it’s causing a few issues

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please fix SkyQ so that I can use it properly. Cant play sound on any apps (spotify, YouTube etc) I have a Samsung TV and its only SkyQ they dont work on. Tried everything and it seems Sky have been aware of the issue since early 2022 and have not resolved it

    @bestcanton7 @SkySports Exactly they should have pushed more about the time bound technicalities. The rules are the rules with the prem, shouldn’t have taken 4 years to investigate but with no cooperation and lots to investigate. Premier league wrote the rules so they were either broken or not

    @SkyHelpTeam another outage in the AB22 area, I’ve had more problems since putting in fibre than I have had the entire time I’ve ben with Sky. Please don’t direct me to the status update page as all it ever says is there’s an outage in your area, never any actual updates!!
