Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@SkyHelpTeam @ZanderDA10 There is no wifi to even go to your internet strength check website. The only time it loads is when the signal recovers after several attempts to disconnect and connect and then it says you don’t need any engineer or fix. How does it even help with the actual issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Try call, just to make slight downgrade. Can’t get through. Call back saying I want upgrade, straight through asking what I want upgrade too. I then say I want downgrade and suddenly the system breaks down and I’m told call back. You utter cowboys.
