    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, he’s never had Sky before, but it’s asking us repeatedly for his Sky account number, postcode or the bank account he uses to pay for Sky in order for us to shop with you. We don’t have any of those details because he doesn’t have a Sky account and never has
