Contract ends with @SkyHelpTeam at the end of May but I can’t speak to anyone to cancel it or discuss the price rise from £55 to £88...would be great if they would just let peoples contracts run on the lower price during this time when you can’t speak to anyone..#sky #skyhelp

@xmollyjarvisx @SkyHelpTeam If you made a complaint, you don’t need a deadlock letter. That’s only if the company can’t or won’t resolve complaint before 8 weeks has passed. If 8 weeks has passed, you can now escalate to their ombudsman - no need for deadlock letter after 8 weeks of making complaint.

People, when you have a complaint/issue with @SkyHelpTeam #Sky put 141 in front of their number and then put in an incorrect phone number that does no identify your account. They will pick up the phone. Works everytime. You are welcome. 👍

The new @SkyUK stream box for £26 a month, add sky sports for £25 a month, add bt sports for £30 per month, add UHD for £6 per month = £87 per month. Its still a rip off .. TV will NEVER be affordable for most people when you have to add extra sports.. maybe put in everything
