@SkyHelpTeam hello I keep having trouble with my broadband keep cutting out, the router has an orange light for about 5 minutes then goes green then will go orange again about 20 minutes later I work from home so it’s causing a few issues

@SkyHelpTeam The UHD broadcast on your Sky Sports channels hasn’t been broadcasting sound for a week now, just pictures. I’ve rebooted my box a few times, but nothing. Is there any issue your end?

@SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

Excellent customer service from Matt @SkyHelpTeam @skytv this afternoon! Very friendly and answered all of my questions....... not so happy with the £60 charge from the internet tech team though when I was told there wouldn’t be a charge due to new contract 🙄
