    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam your internet service is horrendous today on/off, I follow the steps to restore and it just comes back when it decides. I’ve noticed someone nearby message as well on here so you must have an issue in the Tyne and Wear area and not reporting service issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam They advised me that there is nothing more that can be done under my current contract to fix the problem. I was offered the opportunity to enter into a new contract to pay more money for extra hardware.
