    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn’t really help, as it’s specific to your own UHD channel, but every other channel is fine for broadcast sound.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

    @SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

    Waited 11 days for @SkyUK to set up our Internet, then on the day they turn up 1 hour 30 mins late, then they're rude to my fiancee. They refuse to do the job due to the technician finishing at 8pm. We try to rearrange and we now have to wait another 13 days. Disgusting service!!
