@SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

The only notable exception (which I can think of) were the fans of Wimbledon who disgusted at a business decision had to form a new club - now almost as successful as the original.
