    @adamproctor85 @BTGroup @SkyUK Just as bad for me mate,why do you have to call/go online to pause your subscription.They should have automatically paused it and back dated it also. Paying for something you're not getting! 😤🤬 They've just put other parts of their subscription up too, great timing!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have finally had my broadband installed today. I can't for the life of me get my upstairs sky box to work though. It's telling me to press the home button when the screen goes blank but nothing happens. Just a no signal message from my TV. Would've been handy to

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky remote up and down buttons to change channels are wrong. When I press the down button, the channel goes up and when I press up, it goes down.

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried for over a month to get a resolution I was met with constant brink walls, a complete lack of empathy and a refusal to accept that @SkyUK was a fault. We was then made an offer that would have resulted in us paying more than we had been mislead in to paying originally.

    @XCurvyBarbieX @GizmoGamingTV @SkyUK I also use sky and can say no issues at all. 500 down 150 up.. I'm in the sticks and they do me good. Similar price to gizmo. Also I have mobiles with them so if there is an outage they credit my data.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team. My 'in contract to' date is 25th July. What would be the earliest date I can call to change package or give notice to cancel the service? My payment in July doubles so I don't want that to happen. Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam really disappointed after 23 years with you my package has increased and despite a lengthy phone call there were no real options other than look at other providers. A loss of entertainment options and a admin charge was the only option. Never thought I’d leave Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need to ring someone on behalf of my mum who's sky box won't pick up ITV when it rains her WiFi won't reach the next room where she spends her time and wants to cancel TV service.
