Dan White (@danwhite33) reported from Balderton, England@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. -
Peter William (@pwl1279) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Leave. I’ve never stayed with the same provider for more than 3 years. Yes it’s a faff moving, but saves a lot of money by doing so.
-
Patrick Lowrie (@garngadpat) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam They are all the same, having the same issue with virgin
-
Ed Jones (@edujones14) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’m on a deal with sky. £43.50 monthly list price £30.50 after discount, 12 months left on contract. The emailed me to say it was going up to £33.50 so raised a complaint. They’ve adjusted me to £22.00
-
M (@mahoosivemike) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Call them up and tell them you’re a loyal customer and struggling financially, they will meet you half way.
-
Scott Hillier (@dubster34) reported@SkyHelpTeam AVOID THIS COMPANY ! Went for a Sky broadband contract. They made a mess of the outside of my house and now are refusing to do anything about it. Telling me it's my responsibility to get Openreach to fix it. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Theyll see me in court
-
Outside The Box (@PitchSnitch) reported@SkyHelpTeam fix this Or at least ell us what’s happening? Also include how much compensation I can expect. Not ******* good enough
-
Stuart Gilmour (@StuartG95310984) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam My sky is up for renewal and they are charging me £20 more then a new customer, for the same package. So much for loyalty 🤬
-
Darren Tay (@Darren_Tay1) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Best thing you can do is change provider every 2 years, you get all the latest equipment, new customer prices, you just have to play them at their own game, loyalty gets you nowhere these days.
-
❗️Nobody’s friend❗️ (@DaDitties) reported@cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Cancel your contact and if you have someone else living in your household ask them to open a new account with sky to receive the new deals for new customers then do the same again when that’s up for a renewal Keep changing customers and keep bills down
