@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam I do this every single time the connection drops and it just says to follow the steps which I do. 10 minutes later it drops again. We pay an awful lot of money for our TV and Broadband so expect it to work. I shouldn’t have to hotspot off my phone multiple times a day.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m guessing you didn’t read the bit where I clearly said I’d had a conversation with a Sky engineer AND opened another complaint? Perhaps if the customer service & online side of your organisation DID join up AND liaised properly with BT we would have a resolution 9 yrs on.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Can someone fix the aspect ratio on SkyGo for @ChallengeTV please. Been stuck on a weird ratio (3:2 maybe) for a couple of days that makes even programmes in 4:3 look squashed. Adverts seem to be in 4:3. Fine on other channels and on SkyTV just SkyGo.
