    @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

    @SkyUK sky Q, one of the worst things ever. Don’t bother with mini boxes, I’ve had six maybe seven engineer visits yet still it’s awful. Why do I pay £90 a month, please tell me?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam please help , changed sky q device pin 3 times still saying incorrect pin to watch downloaded programmes on plane journey also says needs connection to internet to watch confused.

    If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @who10uk @SkyHelpTeam 2 things, its domestic broadband so there is absolutely no liability for loss of work and even if Sky credited per hour rather than per day it would work out at about 25-30 pence for 8 hours loss of service which really puts your moaning into perspective muppet

    @SkyHelpTeam You need to get in touch with open reach to find out what the issue is, surely they have an ETA or know the issue after 8hrs!!!My mobile dad is about to run out and my daughter relies on a dexcom (glucose monitor) this saves her life, what happens when data runs out as no wifi?
