    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyUK internet has been down since Friday. Did all the online checks and was told an engineer was required. Rcvd no email/call to confirm when this will be since Friday. Online it stated it would be resolved by 20th.

    @NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

    @SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

    @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

    Umm @SkyUK you can’t text someone before 9 am informing them there is an issue with their broadband and then send somebody to their door without any warning or phone call or even text that somebody was coming out. I was doing an online hospital appointment.

    @SkyHelpTeam The frustrating part about this all is that the customer service member claimed that the more complaints you receive the faster the issue would be resolved. Wouldn't you just want to resolve the issue and get it over and done with?
