    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

    @SkyUK since I upgraded to a faster broadband it’s been terrible. It keeps dropping out. Ridiculous if trying to work from home. Will be pleased when my contract it up!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

    I’m recovering from life from life support from an RTI (Road Traffic Incident) on the way home from work at Wakefield Train Station since then I’ve been recovering awaiting patiently returning to employment! I understand from watching @SkySports you have difficulties with @GNev2

    @NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam ... I am an existing customer with tv and broadband.. however I am in need of a wi-fi booster for my conservatory... no signal in there and this is the school work room... can you help. I have checked download speed and its brilliant just not in the conservatory

    @YZRD96 @SkyUK Sky offers guaranteed speeds, run a speed test and see if its above your guaranteed speeds, if not you could get some money back, I used to be with sky but I had the same problems the speeds are awful

    4 days 13 hours and 25 minutes without broadband. 109 hours in total. No broadband and no indication of when it will be back. All we get is automated responses. No customer service. The whole UK is WFH, how can we do this with no broadband? Appalling @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
