@SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@OpenreachHelp @SkyUK have contacted you and raised a complaint on 8th March. Openreach staff that attended the property stated in their report that the reason for failing to connect was due to a flat roof and required an operative with relevant training. I don't have a flat roof!
