@SkyUK feeling really frustrated by customer service team. Going round in circles for many weeks. Each customer service representative tells me issue will be solved and they will call me back. Have never been called back. Just tried to call customer service back . No luck. Stuck!

SKY is down again! SKY went down at June 15, 2022 at 04:40PM in Gloucester. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. skyhelpteam

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done all that, I’ve phoned and a automated response informed me that the problem is at the exchange and a txt will be sent when it’s fixed. I cannot do any more. I really am getting behind on work due to this issue.
