    @SkyHelpTeam I had a pleasant call with the call centre team who booked an engineer for Friday. Despite friends & contacts all round this bit of North Yorkshire saying Sky is down, there’s nothing being noted as it being a collective problem so all being treated as individual issues.

    @SkyHelpTeam Literally 30+ people in 4 or 5 villages being told it isn't a network, exchange or cabinet issue. All being told the problem is in their home and you will be sending them a new router or an engineer will call... What utter rubbish...#badservice #badcustomerservice
