    @digitalmuggle @SkySports Exactly. Supermarkets would never get way with forcing you to buy three tins of baked beans, two loaves of bread and a pomegranate every time you wanted to buy a frozen ready meal, so why do TV stations force you to subscribe to buy channels you don't want to watch?

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyUK guys I'm on sky fibre & usually get 45 DL 10 UL but I keep noticing lag, run a speed test & I'm down to 5 DL 5-6 UL so I have to unplug my router & plug it back in again for it to get up to top speeds. Is the router the problem? They are doing lighting fibre nearby atm

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, since the storm yesterday we were getting on and off connection last night and now we have nothing. We live in Torquay and it says online there is no problem. We have tried resetting sky but it hasn't worked. Any ideas?
